Grass Carp?
If it is legal in your state, chum some corn then throw a baited hook with corn in the middle of the chum with slack in the line and either your bail open or drag loosened. If you could chum an area for a day or two at the same time each day the fish will be waiting for ya.

Pit Boss Uses- Trailer?
I'm a big fan of the chunk as a trailer on my jigs(swim, bladed, and skirted)

Territorial Bass
Wait a few days and then hit it again. I also frequent a small body of water often and have found that the fish are always in the same general area most of the time. One exception to that rule is going on right now. The fish have'nt yet moved from their winter holes yet which is making them extremely difficult to catch. Once they get done with the spawning ritual, they will be right back to their favorite areas.

Strike King Rage Blade Riding High In The Water Column
After reading this thread, I went out this afternoon and threw mine for the first time. I added a pit boss as a trailer and sure enough it came to the top.. Used a 5:0:1 gear ratio. Back to my D&M bladed swim jigs.

How Many Of Y'all Are Bottom Feeders?
I always start with a spinnerbait, knowing that most of my time is going to be devoted on the bottom with some sort of plastic involved. I just can't start on the bottom first.

What Is Your Most Successful Use Style With A Senko? Texas Rigged, Wacky, Texas Rigged Weighted, Other?
T rigged weightless is my favorite, however these things can be fished anyway you can think of. A perfect example was tonight, I was fishing them weightless over the drop offs and swimming them back to shore and the fish were loving it.(Green pumpkin megastick tonight)

Jig Head Vs Worm Hook With Bullet Weight
I use an offset hook with the bullet weight pegged, which some people call a Florida rig or a Texas ririgged weightless, both skin hooked. These are what I am most comfortable with when it comes to worm fishing in general. There's all kinds of different presentations when it comes to plastics, each involving different types of terminal tackle and plastics.

Michigan Might Join The Majority
Wow, this is exciting. I contacted the DNR earlier this year on this very subject. They responded with a pdf of their proposals. None of which were an open season. This should be interesting. The DNR's stance is that they would have difficulty enforcing the closed Walleye, Pike and Musky seasons, at least that is what they told me. Just finished reading an article on another forum, it appears that MDNR has given it's complete blessing to this legislation. Not sure what has changed their mind as far as enforcement of the other closed seasons, however I will be happy when I can cast a line right after ice out.
