I had a chance to get out on west point today. started out great with 3 fish at the first point i stopped at and a pretty big follower on a glide bait. After i left that spot the wind picked up and got a little too windy for my liking so i called it a day.

I like the r2s personally i own both but find the s waver tied on way more. the glide swimmer is a little less restricted movement and sinks faster. both have there time an place.

Same here caylub. my wife doesn't mind if i get a chance to fish on vacation but to take a vacation strictly to fish while she sits at home with my wild 2 yr old? I don't think shell go for that this year.

Never heard of them i foynd the best buzzbait early in my fishing career. go with the cavitron buzzbait from megastrike. you wobt be disappointed

Thats a yum bait check walmart they had a bunch in their clearance box for 1.96. I passed on them as it seemed to have too much going on with it betweenthe tail and appengages and fins.

no problem i use the owner bonnets theyre around 3.99 a pack. i use the blue (med) and yellow (lrge) and that should cover most all your swimbaits except smaller 4" sizes

saw a similar design on another forum. think i might do that for my hudds and real preys.

I use the flambeau double deep open style 3700 size with hook bonnets to prevent tangles and hook rash. and the plano 3700 open layout for soft baits in their original package.

hey man sorry to hear that. Hope you can get it resolved soon. right now were getting cold runoff from atlanta heading down this way but tommorro starts a warming trend that will last thru sunday. Im hoping to get out on thursday or friday for a little while

Watched the first season and it was interesting to say the least. reminds me of my neighbor and his family. not sure why i quit watching it. also liked dexter and east bound. danny mcbride is a funny dude.

Walking dead is a favorite. was into game of thrones but not so much any more. i enjoy archer on fx. Duck dynasty gets watched alot. and thats about it not real. big on tv really winnter is when its watched the most. im usually outdoors spring thru late fall early winter.

Any suggestions? going up around may hoping to do some frogging and throw some big swimbaits for the hogs up there and need a guide for a day to get familiar with the lake. thanks in advance.

I prefer a redfin over those but i prefer a shell cracker or other jointed minnow/baitfish style wake over those for the price

yeah its one of my favorite hard swimbaits. this one makes my 3rd. JR. and i have two baby wakes actually contemplating a dedicated set up for these. any rod suggestions?
