  1. Marabou isn't my first choice i personally like hal flies or jiffy jigs much better.

  3. I like the white body i bought the yellow (chartrues) replacement tails for it and i get bit a lot in stained water also have black with a yellow replacement tail also and both produce equally for me with the slight edge to the black as it just has that it factor i can make it dance.
  4. I would also suggest trying pecan wood some time. it gives pork a really good sweet smoke flavor and really accents the brown sugar and spices nicely.

I throw a 7' cast net for threadfin and gizzard shad some times on the lake when the stripers won't hit artificial baits and skip jack herring in some portions of the river but they can be caught on spoons and sebiki rigs side note last time i threw my net on some bait i caught some blue back herring on my lake where it used to be illegal to posess i guess someone brouggt em down from lanier

  8. I got a new s waver a new savage gear glide swimmer a g2 shell cracker a bbz shad subwoofers new swimjigs some sick fish and terminal tackle and an ar lures ar wake and waiting on a lunker punker and some 3:16 swimbaits
  9. I caught fish on a jigging spoon a feat i never thought id accomplish. can't say I'm dissapointed in the quality of the fish either

  14. I have used a lot of baits with orange in the past last two years I've kind of went away from them not sure why ill have togo back and use them more often

  18. I like the people i work with the pay is great thehours not so much but i guess that's why its called work not fun
  19. Back in 2001 west geoegia had a big flood that flooded the city of west point by the chattahoochee river i lived there at the time on slightly higher ground and caught to bass off my neighbor privacy fence from my back porch
  20. Curado or chronarch e series are hard to beat i like the 200's for casting and line capacity but the 50 size is great forflipping and pitching and palms better all at or under 200
  21. Most of my baits are floaters or glides and i use an okuma big bait 7'11 h swimbait stick i was under the impression that the rod is what gave you the ability to cast distance and my concern is spooling my reel on a long cast
  22. Most of them will be 3-6 oz. ill try the 20 lb but ill be a little uneasy about it was hoping dvt or other reel experts would chime in with some advice
  23. yea i didn't want to ruffle any feathers but i learned my lesson the hard way with braid and swimbaits i use mono for all applications swimbait. just trying to save myself from buying another reel when i won't get much use from the chronarch 200e5 as i don't do a lot of cranking
  24. I have a chronarch e5 I'm using for swimbaits and i would like a little more line capacity for bombing the lures way out there on 25lb test without going into a round reel or getting the curado 300e any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
