The walmart here sells the blue wacky tool with #10 rings. I had the same as you,but gave it away. Pick this up as replacement. Wasnt impressed with the rings from f&s. May have been really old rings?

Couldnt agree more! I use mine with cranks, bladed jigs and some spinnerbait.

If you can post a pic of the-small chips- it would be helpful. Are there actual chips out of it? Or is the clear finish chipped off. It maybe just rail rub,from leaving it against a metal boat rail,when trailering or on the water.
