Soft Plastics In Large Quantity Packs
As far as I know the only options to I have found for buy plastic is either in the small bags or in bulk. There is no financial gain for the bait companys to sell in 10-15 ct packs they save money in bulk because they come in generic non sealing bag that have no advertising on it. Gambler baits will sell baits in 50 ct if you email or call them.

When Did You Start?
My entire life or atleast as long as I can remember. My started tournement bass fishing when I was around 5 and I remember spending every weekend bass fishing with him and falling to sleep under the console. Dad quit bass fishing when I was about 10 and we started off shore fishing and scuba diving. I was padi certified to dive when I was 12. Then around 16 or 17 we go into motocross until we both had injuries that wouldnt allow us to ride any longer. Around 22 I started snook fishing pretty heavy on my own then around 2 years ago dad went bass fishing with an old tournement buddy and the next week he had a new bass boat and we started bass fishing full time. I have spent alot of time on the water with my dad and wouldnt trade for it anything in the world Im blessed to have a great dad/fishing partner.

Rod Balancing
I drill a small hole in the end of the handle and use a tungsten bullet weight pushed in the handles are soft enough where no glue or nothing is need to hold the bullet weight in just friction holds. Reel weight has little effect on the balance of a rod because it is so close or at the balance point.

Reel Cleaning?
Im one of those people that clean new reels straight out of the box before I use them. Then annually I take them all apart and clean them. The reels I use alot like my swimbait or frog reel I will clean 2-3 times a year. About one time a month I will lube the worm gear on the level wind because its exposed to the elements and the line guide pawl is a high wear item.

How Heavy Is Too Heavy For Flipping?
You would be suprised on how thick of grass I have caught fish in its suprised me a few times even. My punching rig is a dobyns 766 with 65# braid with a 2 oz tungsten weight. Also alot of time the grass on the surface is thicker at the surface and makes a canopy with an opening under it.

I have this problem thats why almost all my reels are in the 6.x range. I like a 7:1 is T-rig worm or flipping or whenever I need to reel up slack line in a hurry. There really isnt a right or wrong answer its what you feel comfortable using.

Help On A Fishing Rod
Im going to go out on a limb and assume that its a 7' 5 power fast action rod. Just deciphering the otc705F code. 3/8 - 1oz is about on par with a 5 power rod.

Basspro Reel Vs Name Brand
I dont think there is much a difference except it might be easier to sell a name brand reel used. Just because some people dont know about tackle but can identify with a name brand reel better.

Getting The Most Distance Out Of Your Reels.
Heavier mono wont help it will only hurt casting distance. Have the bearings been flushed or cleaned on any of them it could be as simple as one reel is just lubed better.

What Rod To Use For Lipless Crankbaits
For lipless crankbaits I like to use a 7' mh-f and for square bills I use a 7'2" m-mf most of the time. Some times I have it the other way around depending on how much grass Im fishing in and the type of grass.

I'm Buying A New Bass Boat What Brands Are Best?
I would concentrate on looking for a 1-2 year old 17-18' aluminum boat with a 90-115 fourstroke. For what you want to do it will be plenty. We have a 18' express with a 115 yamaha 4 stroke and we can fish months on a tank of gas. New they run around 25k used under 20k. We fish Lake Okeechobee every weekend with ours. I will say this though at the end of the year it will be for sale and 21' bullet will be taking its spot. Dad wants to go fast now that motocross isnt an option for either one of us he needs to find the adreneline rush else where.

Handle Bearings
