The Suh play didn't look intentional to me other than Rodgers complaining about it....and he has a teammate on the other side of the ball that is out tonight for being a much dirtier player than Suh. Well without going into full on editing mode, the letter needs some serious work. There are grammatical errors and flow issues throughout. The other thing is you don't mention if you are even successful as an angler on the high school or is it middle school bass team. Are you winning tournaments? Saying a company's name on your FB or other SM outlets doesn't really amount to much. How many page hits do you get and how may retweets do you get and how many shares do you get on your posts and how is that going to translate to sales for XYZ company? I like your motivation and your panache but at the same time, go find a part time job and pay your own way or look for local sponsors like the local bait shop or local gas station. If you become a winner sponsors will come......\ And i would remove your name and phone number from this post too.....

Wow looks like a good time for sure. You guys really should be wearing PFDs in this kind of weather. I know the water temp is higher there because of the power plant and all but this time of year a PFD should be standard gear.

You will know because it will feel different than what you are experiencing. I will also agree with crank bait specific gear makes a big difference.

I am not sure when i started since i have been fishing as long as i can remember and my parents have pictures of me at about 3 or 4 catching sunnies. I have taken on a lot of hobbies over the years but fishing has been one that i have been pretty much done my entire life. I remember getting my first good rod which was a $40 ugly stick after saving up birthday and christmas money and have since switched to fly fishing for trout and then back to conventional tackle and now do a bit of both. I wouldn't change anything because you only learn through actual experience and all my experiences from chasing brookies in tiny mountain streams to kayak fishing on big lakes has shaped me to be the angler i am today.

you are in a great spot for fishing....just stop looking for the places like you used to fish in NOVA, they aren't the same in the valley but they are equally as good if not better and much more diverse.

it's a decent deal but not that spectacular. To me the only thing that adds value other than the kayak itself is the paddle, all the other stuff is just add ons to me that you may or may not use. Also keep in mind that you can go to Appomattox right now and get a brand new 2013 ride with a better seat and in either the high or low seating for about $100 more and if you actually go in there you will probably get a new boat for about he same price as this on on CL.

Got mine yesterday and of course i couldn't wait to open it....i was lucky enough to get a mega bass pop max and pop x!!! I cannot wait to chuck them this spring. Thanks to Gone_Phishin for the great gift. Merry Christmas to everyone.

i have no recommendation as i use backpacking gear...arcteryx to be exact but i can say don't waste your time zipping in a liner. it isn't as warm as if you just wear a fleece and the shell over. First of all you create an area where the zipper is that has zero insulation and secondly, it is a real PITA if you have to shed any layers because it warms up throughout the day

I stand to fish out of my 12' wilderness systems commander kayak and did the same thing out of my old jackson coosa.

I have caught them in lakes here in VA when soaking minnows......ironically enough the spot i was fishing and caught him was also the same spot i caught the largest fish out of that same lake...coincidence, i think not.....

I have both and don't see any difference between the two.

so it sounds to me like you have your mind made up but aren't do anything to go after and get it.....internships aren't about just getting the job in the shop you are interning at. it is about building skills and relationships that help you down the road. If you don't get hired after an internship so what, you can't take away experience and skills learned. If you want to go pro in motocross then you have to do something to go get it, it's not going to be handed to you and it isn't going to be free on the way.

I own 4 of them, E and G series and nary a complaint. For the money, one of the best reels out there in my opinion.

i have many hobbies that i seem to rotate through every few years. I have had many people say, why don't you just sell that old gear because you don;'t use that often. My response is always the same....i buy things i want to keep and use not things i want to sell. All of my gear has memories and enables me to go out and do the old hobbies again. Also, get a job, and figure things out because $120 or whatever you get isn't going to buy you much of anything or last very long. Why not try and get a job at a motorcycle shop or get your motorcycle mechanic certification? keep you in the sport and will open up doors and avenues for cheaper gear and sponsorship down the road.

i agree except you have to figure out where you can stop where the fish aren't to be able to get a good presentation, that is the trick, especially when working a suspending jerk bait in the cold or a bottom bouncing bait in the summer.
