Second on joining a bass club. I had a boat when I joined a bass club , but went as a non-boater the first three tournaments just to get the feel for it .

I think the ones I have are different from the ones you are referring to . Mine had a ribbon tail worm body and separate floating snake head .

I bought some and never caught anything on them. I still have the floating heard in my terminal tackle box. I figure some day I will want them for something .

I have a secret hole on a public 200 acre lake.Personal boats are not allowed and so very few people have depth finders. Its about 6 foot deep surrounded by four foot of water and has four stumps on the edge. Theres been days there when I have caught fish on most every cast with a Fat Rap .

Uncle Josh pork frogs. Either black on a brown jig or brown on a black jig . Plastics , I have no favorite , but I have done well with Mister Twister twin tails .

There are no docks where I live. Decades ago I use to fish LOZ once or twice a year. My lure of choice was a 6 inch blueberry Jelly Worm .

For bass only a plastic worm. For all game fish a jig and grub .

They are all good . Larew Salt craws have probably caught the most for me .

Theres some confusion here. I read it top five in one day tournament and non tournament .

I have caught them accidentally on a Rattle Trap , spinnerbait , Jig n pig , and Tex rigs

Shallow and medium diving crankbaits .

Got to go camping and fishing Memorial day . First day only got a few of hours to fish , did well however . That night two and a half inches of rain. Next day it was a different lake and only caught one .

I agree . We all see things in a different light . Is losing the respect of your peers worth winning. For some yes , for most no .

Some people just are not good enough to find their own fish and catch enough to win .

The ultimate is suppose to be the Bomber speed Shad . I have two and cant get them tuned .

If the wind is high enough to create large waves , the waves crashing on the shore stuns crayfish and baitfish . I have seen this happen . Bass and other fish get active shallow to take advantage of it. This is especially true around rip rap .

If he used someone elses waypoints , I consider that shady. Thats tournament fishing now days though. I imagine it goes on in the highest levels of the sport.

Theres a beer in this photo. I like beer . If I feel like having a beer , I have one and dont think anything of it .
