I learned a long time ago, just stay hydrated ALL THE TIME !!!!!! I have found Liquid IV to be very helpful. I work outside and in Fl. it stays hot all the time. My wife says it's like living on the sun........

I do it the night before.....that way I get in the truck and go....I still do a walk around in the morning.

caught my biggest at Stick Marsh 14lbs. 2oz. on a Bomber square bill. Dec. 26th. 2013. I don't use shiners myself. will let my son and grandson use them when they are here. but for me I just don't like it. I don't even like using live shrimp when saltwater fishing......

it wasn't a bass but the first fish I caught. a 15" sea trout on the Indian River when I was 6. Dad knew fishing was for me. my first bass came about a year later.......then the obsession began. I thank my Dad everyday.........I miss him.

I still use mine, 4600c3...pro max 1600...got plenty of them. you gotta find out what works for you.

I kinda don't want to see it.........I have nightmares about the ones I have lost over the years...........can't seem to sleep anymore.......

first,anyway for me will be ok as long as I can catch them. but if I had to choose 1 it would be a plastic worm. when that worm is out there I imagine a fish deciding whether or not to bite it. other times I can see it working along the bottom and feeling everything that's down there. but that's just me........

my partner for years is my best friend since we were kids. when he got married his wife was all about him having his fun....until their son was born. we have been out maybe 5-6 times together since his son was born.....that was 30 years ago. I fish by myself mostly now. sometimes one of my other friends will call when they need a partner for a tourney or need help trying to fish new waters. I fish mostly by myself now.....I like the peace and quiet.....

I have an old Lowrance Bluewater flasher on my boat.....that's it... No matter where I fish that's all I need.

I've been using Yum and Cox's juice for as long as I can remember.

I use Gambler or Bass Assasin native shiner or copperfield

we all would like to fish more but some things are beyond our control, ie family, work,responsibilities that we have to do that cut into our time on or near the water. A wise man told me years ago to never take time for yourself for granted, enjoy it when you can go, but remember the people in your life that are important, cause some day they may not be there.

throw both......the fish will let you know what they want.....

was wondering also where in Fl. are you...it can make a difference...some areas are better than others.

you want a big fish....you have to fish for a big fish. big baits, shiners...you fish a little differently than just "fishing". are you able to fish at night? right now it's starting to hotter during the day. going at night is where I'm gonna be this summer. I can sleep when I'm dead and gone........
