Training Techniques
i'd say the already mentioned casting in the yard.... for me, off the water "practice methods" would be just better studying some of the rigging presentations. i'm borderline OCD about getting a worm or soft plastic just perfect on a hook so i'm always trying to improve rigging methods. i'm also constantly cleaning, sorting and organizing gear and tackle to make every minute that i fish as efficient as possible to allow me a better time on the water.

World Series....i Will Be There!
BK, i hoped you enjoyed that game just for what it was and not for the outcome of your team.... that was the first game this playoff series that they looked like they were out of place or just didn't show up to play in the big game. i'm hoping for a better game tonight!

I Hate When People Write In Cursive...
cursive is dead, i agree.... today's real problem is that grammar/spelling is also dying and fairly quickly too... cell phones and auto correct make everyone the dumbest smart guy you know.....

How Are Falcon Bucoo Casting Rods?
they're not bad, but at that price range i feel you can find some better rods. In fact, just under that price point, you'll find the *** black rods which in my opinion will be very hard to beat....

Retirement Rod
that is awesome!!

Removable Swivel Seat
i wish i still had mine that i created for my inflatable boat. if i may say so, it was perfect for your situation.... i used a milk crate, but has to be the ones that are rectangle, not square. the rectangle ones give you more stability. i flipped the crate upside down and attached a 2x6 piece of wood to the crate using zip ties (i'm sure you can come up with another/better method to attach the wood to the crate). i then used a cheap wal mart folding bass boat seat (padded) and bolted that down to the wood. the seat flipped down and fits nicely anywhere in your car. sorry, wish i had a better picture to illustrate, but i found one of the wife sitting on it. maybe will give you a better idea of what i was saying....

What Is The Best Bass Fishing Day You've Ever Had?
any day i can fish..... but i did have one memorable day where none of my buddies were catching a thing, i figured out the pattern pretty quickly and caught 8 fish to the grand total of 0 between the other guys. made me feel good! another day i caught my PB of 5lb6oz and after the excitement decreased enough to cast again i was immediately smashed by a 4lb10oz and was thrilled to death. only caught a few more fish that day, but it was memorable for sure!

Bites Coming On The Initial Drop/splash?
went on Sunday afternoon and 8/10 of the bites came on the first turn of the reel handle.... just one of those hyper aggressive days!

Lost One Of My Favorite Fishing Holes Today
OP, that sucks. But like someone already said, you were there in the wrong initially so it was likely on thin ice to begin with.... now this ^^^ is the dumbest thing i've ever heard..... for many reasons. A. you want 13 year old kids by themselves at a lake? bad idea... B. Arguably not one single person under 14 pays taxes, but are allowed to use the city's area and you the taxpayer are not? C. how does this not get attention as "age discrimination"? just dumb all around..... but brought on by idiots like the ones in the OPs fishing hole....

Is There Really A Need For All Those Soft Plastics?
i mean i know i always have one rod tied with a jig, another tied with a t rig worm and they stay like that ..... F-O-R-E-V-E-R i've also rigged up one dedicated to a wacky worm set up so we'll see how that goes. so yes, for sure, no doubt necessary.
