you never know in GA! i went out 2 weeks ago locally and water temp was 71... went out on saturday and had dropped down to 64! we've had some cold weather here the last week or so which has made the fish all sorts of crazy!

whereabouts in WNC? I do not know of many or any reputable folks in the area (grew up in Franklin). Most of them are fly fishing focused anyways. thanks coty, that was one tough game man! the heels played well, but man the Irish really hung with them the whole game. All year long Notre Dame played very well, i was a little nervous about that game before it started! my boys lived up to my expectations of a final four appearance too so i couldn't be much happier today!! I still can't quite get over Kansas getting knocked out... i truly thought it was going to be the Hawks vs Heels showdown at the big game! Saturday should be exciting. I think that oklahoma/villanova game is going to be really good. i pick villanova to come away with it by a very small margin.

agree that the keeper falls off somewhat easily, but otherwise have no issues at all with them. they are a very light wire hook so you really have to have that drag set right or you can pull them out no doubt.

you'll love that reel man, great choice! agree with all above. i think a good 6 or 8 lb test would suit that setup much better. You're going to get aggravated quickly when that 17# turns into a coiled mess. otherwise, you're really going to like that new setup!

i lost 3 spinnerbaits in 4 hours yesterday.... snapped 2 off and when i somehow cast the 3rd one off into the abyss i called it a day.

any of those crankbaits will catch fish. also looks like a clear spook jr to the right of the spinnerbait and that thing will catch some fish!
