Hook And Weight Storage (Non-Boater)
I use the thin 3700 boxes. I have 2 that are filled pretty much identically. One stays on the boat and the other in my backpack for bank fishing. I also use painters tape and label each compartment so I know what size hook or weight I'm grabbing.

What Do You Do To Brand New Reel Before Fishing It?
Me personally I flush and re lube the spool bearings first thing.

What's A Technique That Someone Showed Or Taught You?
I've learned a bunch from this site and others on the net over the years. Also magazines,tv,youtube, ect. I do my best to pass it along to whoever I can.

Powell Endurance Or Powell Max
Gary Dobyns used to be in with Powell and had a part in the rods design. Something happened and he started his own company. I've never fished a Dobyns but I also don't feel the need to spend $250 on a Champion when for $150 I can get a great rod that I'm more then happy with. I'll use that extra $100 and put towards a Daiwa reel.

Bearing Comparison
I'm sure Trey or DVT will chime in at some point. They each have tons of experience and will be able to provide some great info I'm sure.

What Gear Ratio Would Be Best For This Set Up?
My vote goes to the 7:1 For me ipt is more important then ratio. My 6:3:1 Daiwa I have to reel pretty darn fast to keep the buzzbait on top but my 7:1 I can reel pretty slow and just chug it along on top or speed it up a bit.

Glad I could help bud. It's either this or I drive an hour up and back to my local outdoor shop and do it myself. Sucks they don't carry powell and more or I would take the trip.

This may sound absurd but can you mount a reel on it and balance it on 1 finger for me, plus take a picture?

Powell Endurance Or Powell Max
I have a max 703 and endurance 723. They're both maxumfiber blanks but I don't think they are the same blanks .

Well that stinks. I was thinking maybe of grabbing a 7'3 H but not knowing it's range of lures kinda makes that a no go.

I can't find specs on any of the ghost rods. On the Duckett site or TW anywhere.

Powell Max 704 Vs 734
I'd want the extra length for a jig rod personally. I own two 723 endurance models and they are far from tip heavy. Best balancing rods I own. Also a friend has the endurance 714 and he said the balance is the same as his 723. Hopefully this might help you out in your decision.

Acetone Question For Bearings.
Here lately I use brake cleaner because it has some pressure behind it. Plus it dries in a few seconds. You could just soak the bearings in hot water and simple green. That will be fine too.

I saw those on his fb last night. Sharp looking reels.

How To Work A Rage Craw
I had a lot of success last season using a 3/16 tungsten weight and 4/0 ewg hook. Flip them around shallow cover and I'd also cast them and just work them back with varying retrieves.

Anyone Making J Will Heads?
I'm looking for these also. I'd like to see what they look like and I'll probably take some too.

Keitech Impacts
Thanks everyone. I'll pick up some 1/4oz heads. I have some 3/16 somewhere I think.

Keitech Impacts
I have nothing close by me at all. I went with a friend tonight an hour away to pick up something he ordered. I figured why not stop at DSG and grab some havoc subwoofers for swim jig trailers. They had every havoc bait but the subwoofers. To my surprise I found Keitechs,D bombs, and some certain rage tail stuff on clearance. 10 minutes later I checked out $90 worth of stuff. Oh well it's all stuff I wanted to try out anyways.

Keitech Impacts
Yeah I've heard nothing but good things about them that's why I was excited to stumble across them tonight. Just sucks there were no 4.8's. My main plan was fishing them over grass. I think the 3.8's will still do the trick though. If not then they'll become trailers but hopefully that's not the case.

What Is Your Niche?
I'm with A-Jay. As long as my hands are moving I'm happy but topwater is the most exciting for me. Nothing like getting startled when a fish blows up on your buzzbait or frog.
