Yeah all 4 for $6. The abec ratings are for tolerances of the bearings. Any bearing would of been just fine. No need for abec 5.

Yes that's correct. The higher ratio models are instant anti reverse. It seems weird when just messing with the reel but once you start fishing with it,it's barely noticeable.

It's a good thing to practice. If you have a 150-200 yard spool of good fluoro that runs you $25-30. You're going to get 1 full spool and have left over that's not good for anything but leaders. Well use some backing and you can split it 50/50 and spool 2 reels verses 1.

Yes it has a small amount of back play. It's really not that noticeable though it seems like it at first.

Just get the regular bb1 and not the pro. It's around $115 or so online. The lexa is not the best choice in the $120 catergory by any means. I'm a fan of daiwa reels too.

You can grab a tube of synthetic marine grease to use on the gears. A can of Remington gun oil for the spool bearings. 90wt gear oil to use on the frame bearings and worm gear. All 3 can be found at Walmart.

I'd do a quick search of best $100 rod or something like that. There's been a ton of threads in here about just that. There's a few choices in that range. I'm selling a brand new 7'6 Jadewood if you are interested. Just pm me.

You really only have 2 choices. Jadewood 7'6 or Kovert 7'8 Both have the same specs for lure weight. Yes you could use a shorter rod but it's nice to have the leverage of a longer rod when hauling them out of the junk and for hooksets.

Grab the 714 endurance instead. Just a better rod honestly. I have a max 703 and endurance 723. I can tell a difference in them. The max is nice but just not quite the same level as the other.

My local Wally World had the rods marked down to $80 along with falcon bucoo micros.
