Monday cant come soon enough

I knew i was an 8 or so until i fished with two time classic qualifying pro...he made me feel and look like a 3 lol I learned so much from him over the few months that i got to fish with him! Id put myself in the 6.5-7 range right now as i still have much more to learn

I been throwing koppers frogs, sammies and a vixen all since may! The topwater bite has slowed here in PA as of late but i know it will come back with a vengeance soon!

So went to Dicks yesterday with plan of getting some crosstail shad for dropshotting...i grabbed a couple packs and then walked around to what for gear they had on sale. Walked by the jerkbaits saw the megabass 110 collection, paused and carried on. Checked out the cranks and saw arashis on sale for buy two get one free. Walked back by the megabass 110s, paused ajd then went back to soft baits. Decided i needed to check out the archery section and once again i paused by the megabass 110...this time i broke down and grabbed one tenessee shad lol My first megabass has joined my collection of lucky cradt and jackall pointers and squadminnows lol Cant wait to try it out lol

What bait from RI was it?

Flatfish came to my mind first. Especially since my last name is Worden lol

How deep are your fishing gear pockets? I flip with a chronarch ci4 and love it...its a tough reel to beat in its price point. I also flip a good bit with my curado e...works great but i prefer the ci4 most of the time My buddy used an abu MGX and another has a 13 ***. Ive used them as well and they were quite nice! I felt the MGX was smoother but the concept palmed bettet for me and was very very close in the smooth department. I think the concept took less effort as well

You sure cant go wrong with either...they are both awesome! I would also add the 13 *** to your short list

Lews tp - 3 Revo stx -3 Bps rick clunn - 2 Eack reel is is quite specific to its job and the lure weights dont change a whole lot lol...i minor spool control tweak is all they ever really need. I prefer centri brakes however. Most of my reels are centri only...im a shimano guy what can i say lol

Same here...mine has a lews TP on it and it works great...ive gone as low as 3/16ths with it

Long sleeved shirts are your friend I wear long sleeved white, light blue, yellow or tan shirts on the the water almost all the time

You arw confusing ethics and good conservation. Yes you could argue that releasing larger fish is a better moral principle. The definition of ethics is " a system of moral principles " or " the rules of conduct recognized in a particular class of human actions in repect to a group or culture" Your ethics are yours alone...case in point, some people think fishing during the spawn is unethical...i dont find it unethical at all. Now do i find keeping five 6lb fish unethical? No, i do however find keeping those fish as poor planning for a future resource

I have a couple moultries that are goin on five years in the woods...still work great and they keep a battery for six months before i gotta change em...cant complain
