  5. When you have a pile off books on bass fishing on your toilet...some people eat and sleep fishing. I on the other hand eat, sleep, and crap fishing
  6. I need to have frogs, beavers, sammy, jigs, and cranks...gotta gotta have em on deck all the time lol
  7. I like white bellies on clear days and black on cloudy days or in low light I especially like to throw a frog in the rain!
  8. Prolonged Wind can push baitfish to windward shores is one of the reasons...atleast in my experience

  11. Nah...im not that good lol..we are a small club.
  12. Spinner baits and jerkbaits for me...i also like to go topwater on windy days with a frog around cover and a LC sammy in more open water
  13. I know my Lews TP balances well on my 7'3 LTB
  14. I have rhe 7.1 TP and ive used it for everything from jerbaits to tubes to jigs and spinnerbaits....i however use it mostly for swimjigs and spinnerbaits on a 7'3 croix LTB probably my second fav combo i own
  15. What day? Ill be there on the 28th of june for a tourny
  16. I prefer the albright...my buddy like the Uni. Both of us have had no issues I do find the albright goes through the guides better on the rare occasion that i reel the knot into them. If i should reel the knot intonthe guides i always remove it before casting. As for strength i have seen both knots hold up to 130+lb tarpon...if a bass can fight and pull like a tarpon id like to see it.
  17. I like the hollow body live target most of the time...when i dont throw a live target i am throwing a stanley ribbit frog 70% hollow 30% solid Thats just me though
  18. No it does not! 6AM means 5:45!
  19. I lied...all of my shimanos have thw VBS system...only my Ci4 has the SVS system...like em both a whole bunch though!
  20. I own a 7' M premier...love it! Nice rod overall, good all around action, nice and sensitive and its made in the USA! Is it as good as my LTB or 13 ***? No, but for 130bucks it kicks a lot of butt in its price point...way better than the mojo for sure imo I have it paired with a citica 201e and it has performed flawlessly for me goin on five years...i use it for texas rigs mostly but i have been known to use it with squarebills as well
  21. Spinning or casting gear? With casting gear if say 15# is a good all around diameter. Spinning gear i would have 30# Braid with a leader appropriate dor thw conditions and structure.
  22. Fishin with your kid or your dad is the best gift imo If you must get a rod or reel in the 150 range id recommend a veritas and bps PQ (A hair over your budget) but they will serve you well for years to come
  23. If i first i dont succeed usually slow down until i do
