Guys, when you're throwing deep cranks, you want a rod that is long. You need all the distance you can get so as to keep that crank in the strike zone longer. Throwing DD22's or any other deep diver with a 7' rod will wear you out in less than an hour, never mind throwing them all day.

IMO the 565 is the best 'cheap' graph you can buy. One night on my friend's boat with the 565 was enough to convince me of that.

Kids Day 08 will be held at Wise Reservoir on Saturday May 24. Registration will begin at 7AM in the picnic shelter. Fishing will begin at 9AM. Prizes will be awarded in the following age groups. 4-6 7-9 10-12 13-16 Everyone 16 and below will be able to fish the entire day without a reservoir license. We had over 300 kids last year and gave away over $5000 worth of prizes. Food City supplied food and drink for everyone.
