You should be able to get a DVR from them for around $5 a month.

I would say yes (and I'm guilty of doing that).

The tennis wraps are usually a bit cheaper. The BPS wraps are overpriced. I bought one of the BPS wraps, had to do a lot of retro-engineering to get it to work as it should have. As for the black, I have no idea. Give it a try and let us know.

A DVR is the only way to go. Just be prepared to delete a lot of repeat showings. I delete 10-15 shows a week that are repeats. TODC and VS do not do a good job of adding info to their shows, so they get recorded multiple times. If you set the DVR to get new programs only, it never gets a thing.
