  1. How much are looking to spend on a reel?
  2. Not even a black light?
  3. Replace that Ugly Stick with this: Fenwick Eagle GT
  4. Sam, get your hands on some catalpa worms. The cats in the James love them.
  5. $2.799 here in town, next town over is usually a little higher but has been at $2.679 for the last week and a half. Good thing too as I've been driving a little too much lately. :-/
  6. It should be charging the cranking battery while running the OB.
  7. Only for rollbacks, not for clearance merchandise. Different stores charge different prices most of the time. Two WM's 35 miles away discount their new release DVD's every week. My local store hasn't discounted a new release in the two years they've been open.
  8. Stradic FH $97.88 is a great deal for that reel. Stella FB Sustain FD
  9. Nice mohawk.
  10. I spent a week in Marlinton one day...

  12. Sitting at a Hardee's drive-thru at 0500 one morning. Guy steals a car from the hotel next door, then drives over to Hardee's to get a celebratory sausage biscuit. Bar waitress comes out to leave, notices her car is gone. Looks across the way, sees her car in the Hardee's D/T. This particular Hardee's is notoriously slow. This morning it only took them 25 minutes to get out two cups of coffee and two biscuits. :-? Anyway, over those 25 minutes, my buddy and I get to see some really amazing things. The PoPo shows up, uses my boat to corner the guy. Literally. They had him pressed against the boat. Then one of the Donut Brigade gives him and opening and the accused takes off, missing my sideview mirror by all of an inch or two. Dummy even runs out of his shoes. ;D Five minutes later the PoPo come back, dragging the car thief behind them. He's missing his shoes, shirt, and a bit of blood. Not exactly a trailering experience, but I was pulling my trailer when it happened.
  13. ;D Watch Beyond The Mat or any of Mick Foley's matches. It is the job of the wrestler wielding the chair to 'protect' his opponent. But there are some guys out there (such as Mick Foley) who take a stiff chairshot clean. Blading is usually done with a taped up razor blade. Taped so that only a very small part of the blade is exposed, just enough to slice the forehead open and get the juice going.
  14. Take a look at Ric Flair's forehead and tell me he hasn't bladed.
  15. Hidden packets of blood? ;D
  16. I have to drive an hour just to get to a lake where I can open my OB up. 30 minutes away is a decent 200 acre lake that is no-wake the entire lake. More often than not, you can find me on one of two 50-60 acre electric-only impoundments. Why? Convienence, lack of heavy boat traffic, and the price of gas. Not for the OB, for my truck. Have been known to drive 3 hours, fish for 2 hours, then drive 3 hours home. Just for the hell of it. The way I see it, plan for the biggest lake you might fish and go from there. Myself, I would like to have a 21' with a 225, but that ain't in the cards. So I'll be satisfied with a 19' with a 150. Boats are a disease.
  17. 4 dinks and about 20 lbs. of coontail.
  18. Video sent. If it is too large (3.26 MB) then we can try the AIM route.
  19. I offered him a chew of Lancaster and a bottle of water out of the livewell. ;D
  20. In my side yard, beside the canoe trailer and camper. If I buy any more trailers, I'll have to buy a new house as I've reached the limit of my yard space. ;D
  21. Both. 4WD to tackle those super steep ramps. Bigger engine to handle the hills.
  22. Not a set up either. He put it right in there on the fly. Casts towards the bank, hear a 'clank', then he reels it in. ;D
