So I have been playing a TON of HC Search and Destroy for the last few prestiges. I always run a fast sprint class with a silenced uzi, regardless of the map. I use a Spas or a Thumper as my secondary, but it seemed like I needed just one more class for the Uzi in S&D and I have officially fell in love with the Magnum. Such an awesome counter sniper weapon in hardcore. I just get a tickle out of having an Invtervention round go whizzing past me from across Wasteland, take cover, pop up and instantly put one in their dome from a mile away. It has made for some pretty entertaining lobby chatter lately too. But anyways, for you fast sprint guys that occasionally find yourself in need of serious long range knockdown in HC, give it a try. Yeah, it gets insanely old having little kids drop the N-bomb and scream the f####t word incessantly. I tend to only play in private chat anyway. Another option is to plug in your mic, but dont even wear it.

No, the voice volume/ game volume works when you arent using a headset.

There is a setting in your profile that allows you to select "headset only" for the voice output. I have noticed that this only occasionally works, and sometimes, for no apparent reason, voice will still come through on the TV. One thing you can do is set the voice volume to minimum in your profile, then set the game volume very high in the MW2 options. It effectively drowns them out when you turn your TV to a normal listening level.

Agreed Matt! I struggled with a fish that was clearly over 15 for 9 hours a few years ago. She never so much as nipped at a bait.

The rice definitely worked. My last phone took a minimum of 6 full dunkings and still worked fine the day I retired it.

Didnt make it out today, but I did go yesterday. Yesterday was our first warm day in almost a week, so I thought the birds would be more active than they have been. I didnt see a single bird all day. But I spent an hour and a half calling to a bird that would answer every time but would not move to me at all. He was on another piece of property that I do not have access to. That was a bummer. But, I'm headed back out on Friday. There will be a few of us this time, so hopefully one of us will put one down.

I have bass fished for as long as I can remember. We had bass in the pond behind my childhood home. But there most certainly was a fish that sent me over the edge. After I got out of school and moved to California, I took a look at what my area had to offer fishing wise. A quick internet search told me that I was in big bass mecha. So that is where I focused my attention, bass fishing. One rainy April morning I went down to Folsom lake to bank fish with my buddy. I was fishing a t-rigged 7" Powerworm. I was casting to the base off a partially submerged tree about 30ft from shore when I got the slightest little tick. Set the hook and with seconds saw a "giant" mouth swinging back and forth with my gammy stuck in her lip. Having never encountered a bass of this magnitude, I freaked out and started yelling for my buddy to come and help me land her. He didnt make it in time for her surrender, and as he walked up, I was double fisting a mouth that could have fit around a kiddy size basketball. I weighed her on a rinky dink zebco spring scale and it said 7.5. I took some photos with a disposable, and unfortunately, they didnt turn out at all, just blank white. I was soo bummed. That took me down a road which eventually lead to cathing many, many fish bigger than that one, some that were even more rewarding. But, as far as the fish that I will remember when I am 80, I am sure she will be one of just a handful of largemouth on the list.

Just got done getting all my turkey hunting gear together. Waiting for my girl to go to sleep so I can put something on TV besides Bones. Havent decided whether or not to sleep tonight. Sometimes no sleep is better than a couple hours.

Been out twice so far. Took one shot @ 30yards, but my arrow was deflected by a small branch about halfway between us. Bummer. Headed out tomorrow and Wednesday to give it another go. Our birds arent really in the swing of things yet, I imagine because we have had a series of really cold storms roll through the past few weeks. Just waiting for a little sustained warmth to get them going.

I have a pair of those Danners, and I have stood in ankle deep water for several minutes and not had a drop come through. Pretty waterproof in my opinion.

I got a Predator on Invasion with a single spawn Thumper in S&D. It was freaking amazing. But I get triple spawn tubes regularly.

He's talking about guys standing in the back of the map, launching 2 M203's then using One Man Army to reselect the same class, shoot 2 M203's, then repeat. I have seen entire teams doing this. If they have one man army pro, they can get off 2 grenades every 7-8 seconds, per player. It is incredibly lame.

I'll often let her hit the Mattlures several times before throwing the jig in. It has a higher hook up and land ratio for me. That is just a product of the shape of the mattlures.

I've never had waterproof low tops. But all of the mid top waterproof hikers I have owned have Gore-Tex and they breathe pretty well.
