  1. Brown/orange jig with matching trailer; springtime. I felt bad because it was a CMR tourney and I only caught 5 fish all day but they were all 3 1/2 lbers. They guy who came in 2nd caught the bejeesus outta them but his biggest 5 were smaller than mine by maybe 1/2 lb. Oh well, thats tourney fishing for ya. Man was I stoked tho! The next year I won 3 out of 5 and took AOY for my club. Was pretty happy about that too.
  2. I LOVE THAT ONE! It's been a while since I've heard it though. One that you could just play over and over and it never gets old. Tonight, this is stuck
  3. Shakey head, drop shot or a senko will probably give you the most bites.
  4. lol I'm miring your garage! And I didn't name my boat joe, I named it after you...
  5. Mirin garage! Oh, and I named my boat after you...
  6. I'm not being a smarta$$ but watch as much Major League Fishing as you can.
  7. don't feel bad
  8. Scary thing is, mine are 15 and almost 18 and some of those are still stuck in there...
  9. I think I heard we are in the 60" area over the last 2 weeks. More than all of last year's total. You can't see around any corners; have to have your car in the street to see what's coming, and hope nothing is; I look out the front window of my store and cannot see the road, or cars going by due to about a 7' snowbank in the yard.
  10. I like this version better...
  11. That knob is what's going to give it away. Most have a smaller, smooth knob. You'll know it when you see it.
  12. Happy B day pal
  13. This is the only thought that keeps me going day in, day out
  14. Gammie EWGW for most plastics in 4/0 and 5/0 but for my worms I like the Trokar straight shank worm hook in thin wire in 4/0.
  15. If you can score this setup, that's your girl
  16. X2...usually 14-16 lb leader
  17. You are probably stuck on a small flange of fiberglass mounding inside the tunnel area. Did you tape/attach the new wire to the end of the old wire and are pulling it through? I have found if you have someone pull some tension on the old wire backwards as you pull it through may help. If not, just keep pulling backwards and forwards; it usually pops through.
  18. Welcome man. Tell me one thing though, "Who does #2 work for?!"
  19. I'm sorry to hear that man. But, I'm glad to hear it wasn't worse. She could have laid her cheek on it or something. Hope she does well.
  20. http://www.frequency.com/video/ice-fishing-in-bayburt-for-more-videos/220392584 What kind of fish are those? Are they stuck in a pocket or something?
  21. BOOM SHAKALAKA G G G G GIANT BASS!!
  22. You and I know that there are only small fish in Maine...move along, nothing to see here
  23. As fun as it sounds, you really don't want that. Any of you remember the old Bassmaster forum?.....
  24. Remember, though, that using a fluoro leader isn't always about visibility. Braid will cut like paper against a rock. I fish a lot of pretty green water and wouldn't need a leader for visibility but all my water is rocky so I always use one on my jig, worm, any bottom presentation etc...
  25. I usually just pull off about 2 outstretched arms length. I cut and retie until about 3 ft long; then new leader time.
