Will G.loomis Ever Make $100-150 Range Rod?!
Yes the handles are already not appealing to me, but I would at least like to handle one a few times before final decision, that said... I have already mostly decided against it.

Using Lures As A Drop Shot Weight.
I remember years ago... Seeing a Jig with line tied to the bend of the hook... With a tube tied on or a plastic worm, it was interesting for a minute. Never used it...

How Long Does It Take For Tackle To Rust From Freshwater Fishing?
If you know they are wet, why not dry them? I have hurried many times and had split rings and hooks oxidize ... No shortage of Fertilizer/ and who knows all the chemical residues in or around you're waters.... Newer hooks hold way better than older styles/ materials.... I usually clean my rod blanks as well as wiping down my reels/ old saltwater habit.... Still corrosion can attack your guides frame, as well a reel seat... It happens.

Misconceptions About Catching Big Bass!!
It's a Good Bait, various sizes, and plays into my strength as a worm/ jig man.... Change the hooks to owner beast 6/0 to 8/0 and a big ole Neptune blue Gl2 rod ... I like the just over 2oz model... ( mission fish ) I need to try Matt's bluegill but I can never locate them when I am feeling frisky for swimbaiting.. And mostly Iam not....

Braid Color
I used a suffix flourescent orange... Didn't care for it... 50 pd... Somewhat messy, didn't take long for it to come unglued, so to speak.. Next for me is White! Some folks like yellow... I am going to just go with white though....

Plastic Bait Melting In Car?
Or..... Store them in you're trunk it's going to be much cooler in there.... They may leach out a bit ( senkos ) etc... But they should be ok... And deformed plastic worms add additional action...

Best All Around Crankbait Color
Idk, if there was truly a best color, proven beyond all others... I would use it exclusively. My faves are a few, Chartruse / Black. Limetrusese, Gill and sunfish, shad colors, as well as Gold... I like green craw patterns too....

Will G.loomis Ever Make $100-150 Range Rod?!
While I have not fished a NRX, they must be amazing rods, based on the feedback of users, but I would have one built before I paid that kinda money.

Will G.loomis Ever Make $100-150 Range Rod?!
I used a new imx as well, not worth the money at all... Older ones are pretty decent, older glx rods are good, just not to old, shimano has degraded the loomis line as far as I am concerned

Will G.loomis Ever Make $100-150 Range Rod?!
I picked up a couple brand new Gl2 JWR and @ 100 each they are fine.... Not the best, and not the worst.... That said, I would never pay over 100$ for any of them.... Of course I have owned Imx and glx too..... They are overpriced as well... Better rods? Yep but way overpriced, pick them up used... You can get really nice used rods for less than half retail!

How Do You Find Fish On A Lake Without A Fishfinder
Looks like good reads, on weight, for probing/ countour work I say 1/2 to begin... Then you can adjust if need be.. Depending on you're rod/reel/line set-up... I assume you have fishing Experience to a degree, pay attention to what you're bottom Comp. is and takes notes... Even a handheld GPS unit would help.... A stand alone not ur phone... USGS maps can help and you can write on those.. Keep em dry though... Once you done the work... Potential will be there for a lifetime of fishing success and it will become 2nd nature to you... It's been that way for me, in fishing and whitetail/turkey hunting.... Best Wishes..

How Do You Find Fish On A Lake Without A Fishfinder
Well you're going to have to do some work/ study.. No silver bullet till you can read basic shore line indications, study Bass Behavior as well, some good tips have already been posted, I have fished with guys that are fairly clueless with their expensive electronics, A C- Rig is you're friend right now...

Favorite Wake Bait ?
Yea, me too.. On Dt6's... Bills break on bumps, and fish... I have had I presume worse batches than others as well, not buying a single one again. I like them, but too costly, better and really better baits out there IMO ...

Do You Think There Is A Big One In This Pond?
Do you have a depth finder? Try and find breaks and even if subtle mark those, rocks are good, so is vegetation if any.... Hard to say but, I have caught sizable fish outta smaller ponds, it's going to take determination and some ole fashion skill finding those drops, breaks.. But you can do it with out electronics, at any rate good luck.. Oh, and always look for other fishing opportunities.
