  1. Stanley!!
  2. St. CROIX mojo bass rod has a technique specific worm/jig rod you could look into there great rods I believe it's a 6'10" medium heavy. I would also look into the 13 rods as both are in your price range.
  3. This has already been seen and discussed in the other thread.
  4. The best weedless wacky hooks that I have found are the Trokar weedless wacky hook and the owner camo green weedless wacky hook both are super.
  5. Gamma edge is probably one of the best fluorocarbon lines on the market next to seagur and Sunline.
  6. What kind of swimbaits were you using.
  7. I use 60lb Sunline fx2 for grass and will sometimes bump it up to 80 for the really nasty stuff. Just totally forget about a leader when your flipping.
  8. Hands down the knuckle is the best square bill I've fished. I am fortunate enough to have 6 of them in various colors. The lucky craft RTO series are nice though as well however they don't have that adjustable lip like megabass does.
  9. Can you be a little more specific as to what prop baits you want to try? Spybaits, topwaters?
  10. Can you be a little more specific as to what prop baits you want to try? Spybaits, topwaters?
  11. It's not that much cheaper considering you will be investing a lot of your own time. Nothing will be the same as an original senko.
  12. Ditch the power pro and get some fx2
  13. You can't go wrong with st. CROIX I've accidentally broke so many of those rods over the years and they NEVER gave me a stink about any of them. You send the rod back to them with a $20 money order and about a week later a brand new rod shows up at your doorstep. Now that's what I call customer service.
  14. Nice man it always feels good when you can figure them out.
  15. Only difference in the 3/8 and 1/2 would be the lead head. I use pretty much 3/8 exclusively however I do use 1/2 on special occasions.
  16. KVD triple grips.
  17. Braid is perfect for what your doing. I would keep it at 50lb
  18. I have used both reels and honestly your going to get mixed views on this because both are good reels however I would give the slight edge to Shimano for various reasons.
  19. I would recommend quakes method of catching them. Lol
  20. Do you know about how deep the pond is? Not sure if your bank fishing or not but if your not try fishing a little deeper.
  21. I've never used alumiweld however it looks legit. Do you know a friend or family member that can weld it for you cheap? That would be your best bet.
