  1. Yeah that's gonna be a no go
  2. My main reason for not using elaztech baits is that jj's will dissolve them and that's a no go for me
  3. I've always meant to try them buy never have. I've caught thousands if not tens of thousands of fish on ultravibe speedcraws and they look very similiar.
  4. I'll look into that. I try to take what I'll need for that day but I know one day I'm going to forget one of the bags
  5. Boat only. Just need something to carry 5 boxes and 15 bags of baits. As it stands now my bag holds 4 boxes but I can force the 5th one in and I carry another bag for my plastics
  6. This ^ I really only like the lunker lure and war eagle buzzbaits. I've tried the cavitron but they just didn't do it for me and I can't find them locally
  7. It's just a confidence thing. If I'm throwing a bottom bait it's going to be a jig. The only way I use a Texas rig anymore is flipping or pitching
  8. Enough room to store soft plastics in those bags?
  9. Anyone have any recommendations?
  10. The main reason carp are bad for bass is they disturb spawning areas. When a school of carp come thru a spawning area it disturbs the bass bed.
  11. I'll go with the guys that said h20 express ethos rods for 59.99 you just can't beat them. I've got a 7'6 I've been flipping with that in all honesty I should have broken 2 or 3 times already that has held up great. All I buy anymore are the h20 ethos rods and h20 mettle reels
  12. What are ya'll throwing with these super high speed reels? If I were to only have one reel it wouldn't be an 8+ gear ratio
  13. 3/16th ounce is a good all around weight try to get some ultravibe speed craw I'm green pumpkin watermelon or black. They are almost a guaranteed fish catcher
  14. I'd say try some Seaguar red label 15lb test it should be a little more sensitive. But I've caught a bunch of fish on 15lb big game I'd just change it often
  15. Getting a new reel may help somewhat. The 10 size reel may be a little small for what you are doing. Are you flipping the bail over by hand?
  16. I'd try to find a couple veritas rods for $150 for a pair
  17. Maybe swap over to a swim jig where you can let them take it for that split second it and maybe it'll feel a little less artificial for the fishl?
  18. You wear them everytime you are out during the daylight hours iabass?
  19. Seems like a waste of money to me. I'm outside working way more than I am fishing
  20. The original scum frog from back in the day
  21. I retract the heavy statement then but I've never seen a good product that ardent made. The local stores quit carrying them
  22. I will throw this out there I broke a vmc flipping hook today on a really big gar. I snapped that joker clean in two.but in that hooks defense it has been on the same flipping stick for quite awhile and had caught 100's of fish in heavy cover not counting the times I hung it aND bent it back with my leatherman. I was mainly seeing how well it would hold up.I reached in my box and grabbed another vmc and rerigged
  23. Because they aren't heavy clunky junk
  24. Mustad grip pin trokar vmc etc
