man just go to menards or lowes and buy a 50 ft role of 12-2 with ground and run it just on top of the ground its double wraped for saftey. the heck with down and back with the battery

i have just ordered a mojo med fast tip 7' for about the same kind of lures except the frog. *** said they would be in there store the 10th of march they only show the shortest in mojo is 6'-6" baitcasting will be in there store the 30th of march

i have to skip a lot here on my home lakes we have a lot of piers and boat docks and in the hot part of summer they are way back in the shade.. i have never used that short of a rod all of mine have been 6' med fast tip spinning. but i have seen guys use a 7' rod i think what ever feel's good to you will work the best thing that helped me was the new to me skiping hook

i dont think its you with the backlash problem with flourocarbon in any brand. baitcaster are the worst for backlash with flouro. i use braid and then a flourocarbon leader about the length of the rod ia'm useing

i have the same problem with a big o chrome all the chrome comes off and the lure is a off white color but like some of the guys say it still catches fish iam going to put some devcon on lure and see what happens

they make about everything in the sexy shad color how come they dont make a coffee tube in that color kvd says that the sexy shad color the fish cant leave it alone wish i had a couple packs of that color in the coffee tub tube

yeh its a great wood to make crank. ther are a few co. that use cedar poes cranks are all cedar i have made a few with red cedar and the wood is easy to work. i cut a cedar tree down and then cut it into pieces to make baits cedar is the only wood i know of you dont have to have kiln dryed just air dry it for year

reading a couple different subjects on what line to use braid or flourocarbon or a leader my idea is i use flourcarbon for the reason that it sinks faster if i skip a lure or plastic under piers and boat docks that by the time the lure hits the bottom with braid because it floats longer the bait is 5-6' from where it hits the water before it is on the bottom but flourcarbon sinks really fast. i catch a few bigger fish on the outer post on a pier or dock. so i need somekind of line that sinks fast and the only thing i have used is flourcarbon for that reason

hey rw have you tryed the mojo rods yet ia'm wanting a rod for 1/4-3/8 oz spinners and buzzbaits,tubes creatures baits 3/8 oz jigs and bandits 100-200 series and big o's med-h-fast tip or med-fast what do you think thanks kent i dont think reeds has mojo yet?
