Life story for us I'm afraid. Even last year... Held it together practically the entire season... Blew it at the very end... It's hard to be a loyal fan but I am! As a true sports fan you have a "relationship" with the team. Love them through the bad times and good, rumors and haters... You stand besides your team. My wife could tell you the sky was pink and raining gum drops and I would back her publicly. Now at home between her and I she might get a lecture... Food for thought

I use 12-15# red label.

I don't do it only for convenience. A lot of baits that have bulky body's but smaller tails need to be staggered back and forth to optimize space. If it weren't for that though... I would to. No different than cash in my wallet has to be facing the same way, right side up and in order ALWAYS!

I put money in the sport/ hobby for sure, but no more than any of my other hobbies ( hunting and golfing). All have big ticket items that you buy once every few years as well they each have consumables... ie; golf- balls, tees, green fees and cart rental. Hunting- ammo, calls, scents. Just be smart about it and realistic. I bet I can catch as many fish on that black max reel and someone can with that $300 Diawa. You can do it on a budget as long as you are smart and do it within your means. Some guys just like to have a a front deck loaded down with $400 combos, and more power to them. But does it make you catch more fish? Hardly think so...

Make sure you wet the fluoro before you cinch down a knot. No reason 12# invizx should break of you do that and set proper drag. My shaky head line is 8# seagar red label, with a polamar knot (again, wet it down before you cinch it). Never have a breaking issue. Good luck!

That entire like is pressured on nearly a daily basis. The lower end, in my opinion, simply holds more fish and forage. Cleaner water, more comfortable temps, plenty of areas for them to stage without swimming long distances. Even the bassing Bob "pros" say that the lower end is where it's at. By all means though, fish the river! lol

Craigslist for sure! Quick tip Put time in the photos and description. Be detailed. I can't tell you how many boats ads I've seen with just a side view pic. By far my favorite pic of a boat is the one you get standing on the rail of the bed of a truck. You get all of the inside including deck and compartments.

Hydrilla for me is a benefit, not a pest. Get creative and figure best ways to fish it. Hydrilla is usually loaded with "caves" and "tunnels" holding baitfish, other forage, and big bass!

Alohana resort is where the biggest percentage of money fish are weighed. Been like that for the last few years. That's on the lower end of the lake. Again, my main water is from the mouth of the gravious to bagnell.
