It's wild how every season, by the last few events of the year, there's always 2 or 3 guys who just don't miss. You have to pick them because they're just fishing out of their minds.

The Evergreen CH1 is everything the Baby 1- wishes it ever was. He's selling custom paintjobs on his website and is also in the process of finding a molding company to make new production 1-. Just a heads up, my friend from my local club Nick Fulks of Fulks Custom Cranks bought out all the remaining inventory of Baby 1- when Mann's shut things down. He's been selling those as well as the vintage one's with repaints on his website. I believe he also has sourced a manufacturer to start making new blanks as well of the 1-. I love to hear this. I'd love to hunt some different game that we don't have around here. Aoudad and pronghorn are on that list.

I'll bring up the Megabass Sonicside and Evergreen Flat Force 4. I like both of these.

It's not as economical, but tungsten is the answer.

I put the Cush It butt covers on some of my longer/heavier flipping rods. These help keep my ribs from bruising after a long day of flipping and hook setting. They also help balance those long rods out. I even put quarters inside them for additional weight if necessary.

Does it really matter? Its free to reapply.

You're a bit behind the times. Lead fishing tackle has been banned since 2007 in Vermont, 2006 in New Hampshire, 2017 in Maine.

Just because they're there, doesn't mean every fish is that size. You've caught less than 40 fish and haven't cracked the 10 pound mark. TBH (even in Florida), I would be happy if one in every 400 fish was a 10 pounder.
