I'll soon be needed to get a new trolling motor battery. I'd like to get a decent one that I won't have to replace next year or the year after. So my question is, is there a good battery that won't break the bank? Thanks!

these two colors are my favorite. if i had to choose i would take green pumpkin everytime over watermelon seed. it honestly has produced better than watermelon seed.

though i dont know much about bikes (only have a dirtbike) im not a big harley fan, actually i really dont like them...but thats one nice street bike right there.

i have a 16' alumacraft, ill have to check the beam and width but its pretty stable, though it is a v-hull. the small lake (195 acres) that i fish is in ks, and its usually a bit windy so a v-hull is nice cause i can go out on the really windy days and not worry about tipping or high waves. beam: 52" width: 48" < i think, it was dark outside so

thanks, i shot it the first evening i went out. kinda a bummer cause i was hoping to string it out over the whole weekend and make more of a chase out of it. but believe me i was happy. that night it was sooooo cold, i think it was the first snow of the winter here in ks and it was in the teens with the sun going down and windy too. but it was cool to see all the tracks and urine in the snow right out in front of my stand.

does anybody here flock their mallard heads? i know of people flocking canada geese heads so i thought i would try the same with a duck. this is how it came out... the two on the right arent quite dried yet but the one on the left is. i just used some of the cheap hot buys instead of my nicer carry lites to try this technique on...what do ya think? will it help? i just used a craft glue and painted it on and then used a strainer to dust the head, then let it dry... yeah this is what happens between duck seasons when i get reallllllly bored, but who knows it may work :

i think it also depends on what liter engine you have....i live in the same general area as you, and i drive a 1985 buick centry with a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder and it pulls my 16' alumacraft with a 20hp johnson on it. sure you cant go as fast and need extra stopping distance but thats no biggie....just make sure the hitch isnt attached to the bumper but the frame, and get it done right. see ya out there this spring!

my theory isnt so scientific, its more of a historic theory. i live in kansas on the vast great plains. i have talked to grandparents and other elderly people about the "old days" (starting around 1915) i have been told of the huge snow drifts and great amount of snow that fell. now (minus the recent snow in western ks) it hardly ever snows, heck it has rained more times then at has snowed this year. sure my historical info is secondary source because its well over 20 years old but i believe it. i have seen changes in my own life even from year to year. i believe that global warming is a real issue, though i cant say if it is all natural or not, i cant test the amount that we have accelerated it, if at all. i just know what i see.
