yeah, I'd like to try the Zinkers. I've tried most other brands but those would last longer.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Joedodge. He contacted me last week and told me he wanted to send me some baits and a reel. Well, my only spinning reel broke two days ago, and this came today! Really appreciate your gift, man! And a Pointer + minnow bait, Rat'lTraps, a swimbait, some worms, senkos (some not shown), Keitech Impacts (!!), and grubs. Thanks so much!

Who needs hundreds of baits when you just bought the best bait in the world in the best color in the world?

What I hate is when spinning reel people store their rods bent over double. AHHHH.........drives me mad.

Do Not Try To Cast The Bait Far!!! Focus on a short, smooth cast. Don't load the rod. Just work on accuracy. Distance will come later.

With a trailer 3/8s is preferrable. 1/2 oz. works too!

Another vote for the K.V.D. 1.5. Great bait. Also check out the Rapala DT and Scatter Rap series.

Forgoing a quiet presentation has spooked many a shallow bass for me.

This proved to be a very indecisive tournament for me. I did some research on the Duel in the Delta in 2010, and changed up my roster for the last time. (I promise!) A: John Crews B: Bernie Schultz C: Davy Hite D: Bobby Lane E: Jared Litner Now, you're asking, why the other Hite? Well, he finished second on one of the Delta events in 2010. And John Crews won the whole thing, yet very few people have picked him.

Yup, I agree with Jeff. B.A.S.S. is trying to make this a spectator sport. That wouldn't help it at all.

So here's something that has driven home to me over the last two weeks. I often walk entirely around my ponds, fancasting. I will often see a bass or get a bite that doesn't connect. So I'll fish for that bass and then move on. Well, I've learned that as I move farther down the bank, the fish will return to it's position. Once I'm through casting the next section, I'll fling my bait back over to where I got that bite, and often, I'll get another. It often produces even if you saw no signs of a fish.

It must be a blast to be a part of that. Hope your new job goes well!

So imagine KVD trying to sell a reel on the Flea Market Forum. "Yeah, not been used much. Only took it out on one outing and didn't like the feel of it." So it only has 20,000 casts on it? lol
