  9. Have any of you used this rod? I'm looking for a good cranking rod in the $100 price range and found on sale at TW for that much witch I thought it seemed like a good deal! The only thing is I need an all purpose cranking rod and its a 7'6" medium heavy would it work for deep and shallow crankbaits? Or is there a different rod you would chose over it in the $100 price range?.... Thanks and have a great Christmas!

  12. Nice I wish I had the money to get in on some deals like that but I've spent it all Christmas shoping! At least I know I'm getting good stuff from family. But I did get a type R for $130 of amazon a few months ago, I normally order all my lures and line from TW but reels and rods from eBay,amazon,the outdoor pro etc/.
  13. I was wondering If you could use co-poly as an alternative to flourocarbon? The reason is I now cheap flouro isint very good but you can find good co-poly for pretty cheap. And I'm on a pretty tite budget!.

Now for the lake- Clear lake!...
  17. I use a 6'6" medium action rod a 1000 sized reel spooled up w/ 8,-12 lb flouro depending on the cover I'm fishing.
  18. Is the older Citica E a better reel? I can get one of ebay for $120.
