  10. Fishing regular senkos works fairly well. its a good finesse technique to throw with 3" and 4" senkos. If i weight a senko its usually a t-rig and a 5" To get through grass or just flipping the water that is more clear than usual.

  14. Lately ive been seeing alot about trout colored swim baits (both the jointed and soft body) and i was curious if this was just in lakes where their is trout as the forge or if they are catching bass on these in lakes without trout in them. Also which is better the jointed or soft and can you fish with them in water between 45-50 degrees?

  16. Sooner has been running water 58-60 warm side 45-48 cold side
  17. Ive had pretty good luck with alot of the h20 products. The spinnerbaits and squarebills definately exceeded my expectations
  18. I also like to trim off a few pieces of the weed gaurd material to make it less stiff. I believe it help you hook off more often
  19. I dont like to use the super glue to reinforce my jigs because most brands dry white on the jighead. As for the trimming I like to trim the weed guard to just barely longer than the tip of the hook to get the best hookset of the fish.
  20. So ive been doing alot of jerk bait and jig fishing in this cold water but ive been looking for new areas to fish in thin cold 45 degree water. I started wondering about boat docks. Will winter fish use deep boat docks as cover in these cold months?
  21. Mine has definitely been the jig and jerk bait bite that is starting to settle in now in these cold months... Catching some of the biggest sacks ive caught before this time of year.
  22. I like to throw berkly power worms in blue fleck or black. that is about the only colors i throw in big worms. But no it doesnt only catch big fish its not uncommon to catch fish smaller than the worm but you can also catch some very good fish on it. Its not really a big difference in the size fish you catch with the bigger worm but the presentation is better and you catch more occasionally.
  23. I have found several good 4-8 diving suspending jerkbaits but I havent been able to find any deeper diving suspending jerkbaits that have a good action, a smaller body, and I can actually get a good action with. Does anyone have any good deeper diving suspending jerkbaits.
