I use 8-10 flour because it makes it fall more naturally, and most importantly hasthe best sensitivity on a slack line. Braid seems to lack for me on a slack line

I saw them at field and stream as well and was gonna buy one, I had it in my hand and walked by the avid x's and picked one up. Decided I didn't need to spend the extra on a avid x. Needless to say I like my new avid x lol, baitmonkey got me bad. If it wasn't purple I may have gave it a go.

Certainly, 30lb is the minimum I use on baitcasters because any smaller and it tends to dig in itself for me. And that cause backlashes and breakoffs. 30lb braid should also cast like a dream

Yeah it does look like one, I wonder if it's more of a super shallow spool or like a 50 size. Update it holds 90yds of 10lb line compared to 105yds of 10lb on the curado 70i that I have so its not much smaller. It looks a lot like a alde', wonder if it's just as smooth

Ok I found this pic, now just to figure out my livewells(could possibly be bad fill pumps I imagine)

I have all curado I's, at one point I bought a revo sx from a guy I knew that was sponsored by Abu. I tried my best to like it but I never could, the reel just didn't appeal to me.

My livewells will only fill up about 5-6" deep and I don't know why, just got the boat and I've never had this problem before. And also anyone got a picture of the dash layout? All my labels are wore off and i dont know what is what. Thanks

I do more wraps on smaller line and it works out fine, from 30# braid to 10# sunline sniper I do 35 wraps and it's strong

I'll look at it more when I get home, it's been to a mechanic a couple times I thought he woulda noticed if that was the problem. And also if it is how would it let it run fine on plane?

I have used a medium heavy mod-fast for t-rigs for a while now, mine is a 7'5" though. If u where gonna go with a mod fast rod I'd want it a little longer for more line pick up to drive the hook in. I prefer the feel of a little slower rod

I assumed that was the alignment to make it run true, I honestly don't know what all they do So the prop could be incorrectly mated to the lower unit? I have another boat and haven't been running this one, I'm trying to get it fixed now to sell. So I haven't been testing much on it lately

I vote a new eBay curado I for a about $130, and hunt down a used loomis imx. It's what I did for my jig combo and I picked up a older recoil guide imx for $160(way better than my new imx's)
