~The Road to the Super Bowl 2016 & 2017~
I would disagree on the "doesn't have what it takes....at all" part. Out of the 32 teams I would be willing to bet he would start on more than 1/2 of them if he wasn't hurt. I just don't see all these great QBs out there that make him look so horribly bad. Take his injury issues away and he is by far not in the lower rankings of NFL QBs. Besides the ones in blue who is head and shoulders better than Romo? At best a couple may be about equal but seriously only a few of these would be a clear upgrade. 1. Cam Newton 2. Carson Palmer 3. Tom Brady 4. Russell Wilson 5. Ben Roethlisberger 6. Andy Dalton 7. Drew Brees 8. Philip Rivers 9. Aaron Rodgers 10. Derek Carr 11. Kirk Cousins 12. Eli Manning 13. Blake Bortles 14. Ryan Fitzpatrick 15. Matt Ryan 16. Tyrod Taylor 17. Jay Cutler 18. Joe Flacco 19. Matthew Stafford 20. Jameis Winston 21. Alex Smith 22. Marcus Mariota 23. Sam Bradford 24. Teddy Bridgewater 25. Brian Hoyer 26. Ryan Tannehill 27. AJ McCarron 28. Brock Osweiler 29. Blaine Gabbert 30. Matt Hasselbeck 31. Johnny Manziel 32. Colin Kaepernick 33. Nick Foles 34. Matt Cassel As far as taking it into his own hands what was he suppose to do? He is the starting QB for the Dallas freaking Cowboys (similar to being a MLB Yankee or a NBA Laker) and was being paid top tier $. Had more say than most QBs in the league about what goes on within his role here. Its not like he can be the scouts and do the drafting for the team. Although rumor had it he actually did have some input there as well. Its a team sport and not every NFL team gets trophies like the stupidity going on at the beginning level of sports. Even if your a above average QB it still takes a team and a little luck to get you there.

~The Road to the Super Bowl 2016 & 2017~
I actually thought at one point in his career he could have took us to the SB. However we did not have a team and you cant win with 3 players. There is no doubt Romo needs to make it through a season as bad as it hurts as a fan Dak needs Romo teaching him. Dak is not that good. Preseason is bs entertainment and a exhibition for some players to try and sell themselves. Watch what happens with 1st string def scheming for him. Most likely be a different story. Ill tell you who most of the blame needs to go on for Romos failures and it isn't Romo. Look at how pitiful the front office has performed during his time here. Our drafts generally sucked until recently. Our money was spent on some bad financial decisions as well. Up until recently no one even considered our "team" as average. Romo ran for his life for years and that was unacceptable. And who in their right mind uses their starting QB as a place holder in recent history, say like the past 3 decades? Romo was a big student of the game, from all accounts worked harder than 90% of the NFL on his game. And from all expert accounts was a top tier QB. All that being said Romo needs to retire.

Its only "your spot" if you were there first. If my boat is there first its my spot.

Lews Tournament MB LFS Reviews
I own several different Lew's as well and did purchase a Daiwa Tatula just to compare. Like you I wanted to see(play) with one being its the only other reel with such a following in this price range. I will admit I have only fished with it once so far but to me the Lew's feels so much more refined. I like the look of the Tatula and the durability is a given but it just feels raw and unrefined after using the Lew's. I wouldn't throw the Tatula away its a solid reel no doubt. Its just not my 1st choice at this price point as long as there is a Lew's Tournament to be had.

Looking for all around Reel Oil and Greece
I use a all-purpose 3n1 oil on my bearings. I flush the bearings of grease and heavy oils then a couple drops 3n1. Works great and is almost always readily available locally. And it only takes a drop or two here and there so it lasts. I have some white colored reel grease. Not positive it's reel grease but looks like and feels like all the reel grease I've seen. I've had so long the label is gone for the gears and contact points. A little bit goes a long ways so it's lasted for ever.

Lews Tournament MB LFS Reviews
I throw weightless T-rigged worms everyday I fish. Not so much Senkos but I have thrown them with no problems.

Lews Tournament MB LFS Reviews
I have a couple MBs. All I can say is good things about them. For the price range the reel can be bought for I don't like any better.

Alright is this the next gimmick?
Well let's see what's the difference in a $5000.00 fish finder that shows where everything is? No different than giving a deer hunter infrared scopes in my book. Oh I know I'll get blasted it's not the same but yeah it is both show you exactly where the targeted game is. As for this BaitCloud I doubt I'm buying any but I can see it as a tool for getting kids into fishing. It's hard enough to get the kids to go outside these days much less have any patience when the bite is slow. This might help get them addicted. Then again getting them off the BaitCloud addiction might be tough if it really works.

Random noises out on the water
"A little unnerving for first time night fishing on a pond with absolutely no lights." Really? Who does this? Absolutely no lights and you went fishing at night no less for the first time! A few trips ago we got in a place that it was so bad. We eventually left the area you couldn't fish they were hitting us in the head and buzzing us so bad. I don't know what made them so irritated that night. We have been back and not had any issues.

Ever catch a fish with someone else's lure still attached?
That and every wannabe backyard tattoo "artist" making messes as fast as they can.

EWG vs Straight Shank
I definitely prefer a straight shank over others. My second choice would be a offset shank. Last choice for me is a EWG. EWG is the most closed up of the three only leaving a small gap for the fish to get in front of the hook point. I completely understand some having issues getting their particular plastic to work for them on certain baits. On certain thick baits the EWG just fits so "pretty" I understand why some think it's great. I just have that knowledge in my head saying you have to have him near perfect for a good hookup. So I don't put myself In that position very often.

Tracker 175 livewell help
I didn't mean it in a mean way. No fault necessary. I was just saying my boat has both. Possibly another did as well. I have no clue what Tracker has or a Triton, just what my 00' Aluminum SeaArk has.

Tracker 175 livewell help
@RHuff My boat a SeaArk not a Tracker has 2 live wells my back one has the ability to recirculate fresh water off of a controlled switch and you have the aeration capabilities on a separate speed control switch. So I can exchange water or aerate as necessary. So it is possible his has both as mine does. This makes it where I can have my boat on the trailer with a full rear live well and still oxygenate. Works great for when your taking a mess of fish home to clean. Of course the front live well is just a recirculation type.

Baitcaster won't let out line fast enough to pitch???
Yeah that's what I was trying to explain. That centrifugal force is only pulling in a certain sweet spot for a good release.

Same company, New shift with new title.
Since you brought this up its obvious you understand the position your in. With that knowledge you are in a good place. You realise that these men are possibly watching to see how you handle your authority. Just be smart earn their respect and most will do their job without giving you grief. There will be that one or two that will want to test you eventually make sure you handle it professionally and move on. I was 23 a long time ago and was in a similar situation at a plant. Man the stories I could tell. Haha Anyway you will live. Good luck

Baitcaster won't let out line fast enough to pitch???
I agree that a little heavier weight is easier to start with as you can feel the "pull" of the weight as it swings easier. To me if the reel is casting fine its more than likely technique. By that I mean probably just a practice issue. That is barring anything like AJ suggested or other issues. Do you run your reel tight? (brakes on and spool tension snug) If you are you probably need to back them off for best results. When all you have as a means of casting is the gravitational pull of the swinging bait it is much more crucial that the timing of your release point be accurate to get distance. In other words the window of the most pull in the swing of the lure is very small. This makes practice important to be consistent at releasing the spool. Especially if you want distance each time.
