Are you new here? Very few BR members, including myself, would approve of such a mix of Shimano and Diawa.

So mostly small reels worked well.

Care to elaborate on the specifics of the reels you have tried?

Never used one, consensus seems to be that the fit(weight & balance) is very good, especially for the price, but the guides suck.

It would definetly be better suited to crankbaits, and potentially to other moving baits as well. If you are interested in a glass rod i would check out the shimano composite models.

The diablo is an intriguing rod to me, but from what I have head it is really a MHF rod. More of a texas rig rod in my hands then a spinnerbait rod. I definitely prefer softer rods for reaction techniques. I have never handled an MBR loomis, but it is tough for me to imagine wanting to use a texas rig Stick for spinnerbsits.

I really like the aesthetics, sensitivity, and handle on my H3 73LMH. The balance is pretty bad though IMO so I use it mostly for keitechs. I feel that at full retail it might be worth the 21% discount price, or maybe a little bit less. It is definitely way nicer than any rod I ave handled in the $150 range though. Which exprides do you have?

Which model? Medium or medium heavy? Ive never seen these on TW.

1/5 head with ned rig probably weighs almost as much as a senko.

Ended up ordering the 71HF. We’ll see how it handles soon hopefully.

Ended up going with the Tatula 71HF.

I ordered a champion from them once, came nicely packaged. I was disappointed in the rod though.

I ordered it once, but sent it back when I felt the rod in hand. Way too heavy. Fury is way overrated IMO.
