i personally love my tatulas but i have a friend that has held them and said he didn't find it comfortable personally i would see if you can find a shop that has both and hold them to see which you feel fits in your hand better then pick that one. i'm in love with my tatula type R 8.1.1 it just feels like a beefier real to me than the curado does

i'm actually a big fan of abu garcia rods, now of course there are some spaces that would need to be filled by another brand. like they don't have a swimbait rod that i really like so i went somewhere else for that but 4 of my 7 rods are abu's

they are so easy to learn on that's what i originally liked about them

deps makes a rattling hollow body but they are about $20 each
