  1. In your opinion what is the best blank im looking MH, casting, for worm fishing. This will be my 3rd build. I'm looking around 100 for blank, I live 20 minutes from The Janns Netcraft showroom so that would be desireable. Thanks
  2. Alright another brittany guy! Do you hunt her? yes i hunt her, mostly ringnecks and once in awhile some tennesse reds. She is out of Twin Cedars Kennel in Tennesse. She has Nolans last Bullet in her, i dont know if you are familiar with that dog?
  3. Are the hooks on these very dull? i bought a couple and some Uncle Josh Bass Stipes for them and i couldnt get the hook through the Pork.

  6. This is kinda off topic but have any of you seen silver labs. THose are nice looking dogs. Afreind of mine has one for goose and ducks, its a smart dog.

  9. Hey Muddy, Have you ever eaten ate John's Pizzira in New York, that is the best pizza i have ever eaten, plus the building it is in used to be a church so it is really cool inside. Also when i went to New York we went to a place called Carmines, it was an italian reseraunt, but they serve family style, that was really good.

I have used the Bite-me weedless jig heads, WHich were very nice with a sharp hook it uses a mustad 60degree) and the only way i could rig it and be weedless is rig it like you would any other jig head, keeping it outside of the tube. I'm not sure how you can insert the head and get the fibers to be out side of the tube.
  11. when you spiral wrap a rod do you want the spine facing up when you are holding the rod the way you would while fishing or do you want it facing down?

  13. my latest gun was a savage .17hmr bolt action with stainless barrel and synthetic stock: this is the ultimate coon hunting gun its light and gets them out of the tree. For shotgun i have a stoeger over under which i really like for pheasants, i like my 870 though for ducks, my dad has a mossberg and i hate it it rattles and everything feels loose on it. i dont shoot a lot of pistols but i like my dads ruger single action revolver. i want to get a thompson omega though and through out my cheap little CVA.

  16. I'm not sure if that is the name of gamblers chatterbait. But, what do you tie your line to? the actual splitring on the bait or the ring on the blade?

  18. Wow, you use erie deries, i live near thefactory that makes them, i always thought they were just local to mother erie; Anyway, trolling spoons is popular around here and also tipping an erie derie with a night crawler and drifting it.
  19. Jobee style jig heads have come up in another post and i have a few questions about them: What is a jobee jig head? Is Jobee a brand name or is it a model? When and where is this to be used? Also what does it mean to peg a weight? And how is this an advantage? A pic would be appreciated. Thanks

  22. My favorite for rivers is a Rapala orignal floater in silver. Cast out near structure, let it sit until all the ripples around it are gone then twitch it a couple times.
