try the sunflower seeds!!!!!!!! either that or rent a movie, er, unless you would usually chew during a movie which I would.
  3. I caught a jacket one time.
  4. Everyone knows that I love to talk politics, but I agree, the sort of emotions and reactions between members that the debates stir up are not favorable. The anger the debates create don't promote a positive feeling in the community. This is supposed to be a community united by a common interest in fishing, the debates fracture that community.
  5. hahaha, that was hilarious!

If he tried to sell you a Lowrance 111, Ono sunglasses, Yamamoto baits, or SmartShield sunscreen, then it was probably Roland. ;D lol, i guess it wasn't him then. to be honest, the guy wasn't wearing sunglasses and as I sat there looking at him not being sure if it was him or not, I couldn't help but think that if he put some on, I would be able to tell for sure if it was him.

I saw a guy who I thought was Roland Martin on a plane one time.
  8. have you tried the sunflower seeds? it's a good, cheap way to satisfy the mental aspect, that need to be spitting. If you do it with fishing though, make sure to take some water, it tends to make your mouth unbearably dry.
  9. AMAZING ACTION!!! the lip looks like it wasn't crafted very well though.

I think it's common for a lot of people on internet forums to believe they are democracies or equal power communities when in fact they are at the complete discretion for who pays the bill. I've seen the wrath of Paparock's argumentative PMs so I can understand you Glenn.
  11. whenever you get the urge, try chewing some seeds. That usually satisfies the mental part of it.
  12. I had the same experience. And I hate fishing with braid in wind.
  13. This is a good subject for today. Yesterday a cove on my lake thawed out so I was planning to head out today but the wind is blowing too hard. I think I'm gonna wait until tomorrow to head out.

  15. Sheesh, I used to fish the Tuscarora with my grandpa when I was little. We used to catch a lot of rock bass in there. Were do you usually head out from? We used to wade from the covered bridge.
  16. same. Using only one rod, I have to have a clip of some sort, otherwise it's not even worth throwing a crankbait because it takes too much time and effort to change lures.
  17. I like that he is very creative with what he does. He mixes it up, it's not all the same style. He can do a blues filled SRV song and then he can turn around and do a rock song. One cool thing I saw him do was while he was playing, he would turn the volume knob up and down really fast and it made it sound like his guitar was a violin or crying or something. Really cool.
  18. I like Yum Dingers as well.

I have a friend who went to see George Clinton perform when she was 17. He offered her cocaine
  21. I saw Joe Bonamassa live at a blues/jazz club kinda place in Wash. DC. it was awesome. BTW, do you mean Elmore James instead of "James Elmore"? Because if so, I definately agree with that pick as well as all of your others, especially Skynyrd. I saw what is left of them two years ago and they were amazing.
  22. I usually like to keep it simple with a dark color, a light color and then maybe an in between. then if I feel like it, i'll experiment with a red/blue/etc...
  23. texas rig, on a jig head, or carolina rigged. It depends on where the fish are.

    agreed on Hallelujah. Beautiful song.
  25. while I think there are some other greats, I do have to agree that Sonny Terry is incredible. I bought a "Best Of" cd from Lightnin' Hopkins featuring Sonny Terry on the harp. It's country blues with Lightnin' on the slide guitar and Sonny Terry singin and playing the harp. It is one of my favorite cds that I own. The two are just amazing and Sonny's playing really makes it great.
