Favorite "cover" song
well to go with the rock/blues genre, I'd have to go with "Crossroads" by Robert Johnson as covered by Cream.

Lets see your tackle!
Got 100 "spare" Risto Raps I got for $1.99 a piece from a clearance bin at BPS StLouis, then when I went to BPS Dallas I found another clearance bin with more Ristos and other Rapala baits also for $1.99 so I punished myself with another 100 dollars. what were the features of the risto raps and why did they discontinue them. I've only seen a couple on a webstore and they looked pretty good..

todays big one
2 ft!!!! wow, very nice. I have some pretty heavy cover in my area, but I think I'd probably need about a 30lb jig to get through it, you know, it's the shiny, cold kind that's hard to fish through...

best spinner for smallies
I thought they might too, but I got some bigger 1/4oz ones that look like they would be big enough.

Big problem with small engine
This is probably completely unrelated seeing as I have very little to now knowledge of mechanics, but I have had troubles with the choke and getting an engine to start on Honda lawn mowers as well. Other than that, i would do as others have said and get a second opinion, maybe even look online for some information about the engine, maybe it's a common problem that has a fix you can find online...

best spinner for smallies
anybody heard of Joe's Flies inline spinners? http://www.another site.com/tacklestore/showcase.cfm?PID=3065 I picked a couple up the other day and I have never really used inlines. What's the best way/place to use em for river smallies?

Something Else To Do
I hardly ever use more than one rod because most of my fishing is wading or I'm fishing with friends without rods so I lend them my extras. If I do fish with multiple rods, it's only two because I only have two rods good enough to fish with.

Something Else To Do
I like that idea RW, but I have too many new lures and baits to try out before I can make those decisions. I need to do this anyway to prepare for my wade trips.

Chances of US and Iranian conflict?
many of the points on that site are vastly overstated and even plain incorrect.

Chances of US and Iranian conflict?
I am well aware of the violence within the Qu'ran, my point is that most Muslims do not practice it even though it is in the Qu'ran. Therefore you can't point out a violent verse in the Qu'ran and use it to say that Muslims are violent.
-
Chances of US and Iranian conflict?
yes, but the difference is they have religious leaders that condone a culture that embraces that extremism. The point is, not all of the muslims practice that way, only the ones who live under the extremists. The point is both texts contain some aspects of violence but their practice depends on the extremists who interpret them, and in the muslim case, those extremists are much more successful in the socio-economic difficulties in many middle eastern countries, countries that also have more of a focus on a culture of religion. Those factors make it more common in middle eastern countries. My point isnt that there are practicing extremists on both sides, but rather that the texts are not always taken literally and there are many moderates that do not practice every violent aspect of the Quran and lead peaceful lives.

Detonate a nuke ..... get a lot of money for doing
I will admit that I was unaware of previous similar agreements and their violation. In light of those facts, I think we need to take a more seroius approach, but still a careful one. A war with North Korea would not be one that we would win without a lot of damages.

Detonate a nuke ..... get a lot of money for doing
so we have an option to buy the freedom from possible nuclear threats and at the same time help people in North Korea who live in terrible conditions I can deal with that. That sounds like one of the better options when it comes to dealing with North Korea if you ask me... obviously it's not ideal, but it's better than facing a war against a large standing army with nuclear capabilities and an unstable leader...

Deuteronomy 21:18-21 18 If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and will not listen to them when they discipline him, 19 his father and mother shall take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town. 20 They shall say to the elders, "This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a profligate and a drunkard." 21 Then all the men of his town shall stone him to death. You must purge the evil from among you. All Israel will hear of it and be afraid. My intent when using this passage was to show that the Bible, just as the Qu'ran has passages that prescribe violence and that modern practicers do not follow the Word letter by letter in Christianity and it is the same way with the passages against non beleivers in the Qu'ran. Whether or not the passage has other requirements for stoning an offspring and despite the age of the offspring, the point still remains, it decrees a violent punishment and Christians do not practice it--just as some of the Qu'ran's violent decrees are not practiced except by the extremists. That was my point.

Anna Nicole Smith - dead
It's sad that she died and all, but why are they still talking about it on the news?!?! She wasn't THAT famous but she's getting more attention than freakin' Gerald Ford! And he was a PRESIDENT!!! I'm getting really sick of hearing all this speculation about who the father of her baby is. Why is that news!?!? Why do people care?!?! It's ridiculous.

Carp...I need some help
that's why I use bread. You can pack it on so tight that the bluegills can't chomp any off the hook. I usually squash the center of the bread (no crust) into a tight rectangle that will fit on my hook. Then I slide the point of the hook through one side of it, pull it down to the shank, twist it around like you would to t-rig, and then stick the other end of the hook back through the bread. Then pull the shank a little so the shanks is pretty much flat against the bread and the hook point is sticking out sort of like a jigged soft plastic would look. I know that sounds weird, but if you can't understand it, i'll try to send a picture or something.
