Deep diving crankbaits
Michael Yoder won the AFS tournament at Lake Falcon on a Hot Lips earlier this month. Used it on the first day to catch a limit of fish all over 7.5

Deep diving crankbaits
In my experience the DD22 only gets down to about 15-16 ft. I know that the Fat Free Shad BD7 can hit around 18. The BD6 and BD7 in Bill Dance's Citrus Shad are my favorite deep divers.

In a tournament...
My philosophy is to try and fish for 5 good ones, not just keepers. Like Jack said, you'll normally catch some small ones while doing this.

More cranks
Just wanted to say again, those foils are killer
-
Large batch of cranks
You're getting REALLY good with that foil Marty! Great looking baits.

Kentucky Lake Spring time
Where will you be putting in from/staying? You can check out www.kentuckylake.com It will have most of the guides' reports on there and also has lake level info on it.

how to get water line stain off side of boat?
I used Simple Green to get the water stains off of my aluminum Lowe. I mixed it with more Simple Green than water and sprayed it on. Came off when scrubbing with industrial strength shop towels.

Fishing After A Shad Kill
Well I gave it a try today. Put in at Paris Landing and fished the East side of the lake from Lost Creek north to Byrd. No bites :'(

According to Ish...
I may experiment with using all straight shanks this year. I started using them last year for flipping/pitching/punching. I would also think that using a piece of heat shrink tubing near the eye like recommended by Reaction Innovations and Paycheck Baits would really hold your plastic.

AFC / NFC Chamionship games
I'm going Saints over Vikes and as much as I'm rooting for the Colts, I have this weird feeling that Rex Ryan is going to look like Ms. Cleo and the Jets win it all :-/

What's the farthest you've seen?
Tournaments on Kentucky Lake people are known to travel as far as 70+ miles. Not sure about times though.

Fishing After A Shad Kill
RW- where were you fishing? I'm planning on fishing around the Paris area tomorrow.

Terry "Big Show" Scroggins leaving Carrots.
When Terry officially leaves I think the only e21 pro left will be Charlie Moore ;D

swim jigs (not chatter style baits)
1/4 and 3/8 oz Booyah Boo jigs are what I use to swim around flooded bushes and grass. I match them with a 4" double tail grub from yamamoto or kalins

Finally - My first COMPLETED crankbait.
That is a very enlightening post right there. I've tried to figure out what little thing makes a bait do it's dance. That helps a lot. Just curious, how do you change the line tie on the water?

The hardest part about bass fishing is.........
filling up the boat

Finally - My first COMPLETED crankbait.
Sounds sweet man! Definitely sounds like the kind of action I like. Were you able to test out any of your other baits?

fly fishing for panfish help
I use a 7' 3 wt for panfishing. I use the 7' only because in some areas it can really be hard to make casts. My favorite is a black foam spider with white legs.

bassmaster okeechobee
The Lane brothers seem to be taking this one. Scroggins is hanging with them though.
-
Ducket's new team
Not to bring that up again, but I think Kevin was wrong when all that went down.
-
Ducket's new team
After looking at the pictures for the Okechobee tournament, it appears as if Terry Scroggins is also fishing Boyd's rods. I wonder if he will soon be announced to the team. If so e21 no longer has a pro staff

Finished a couple more - Flatside, ShortRound
Man those look great 8-) That second bait overall though looks killer. With the eyes and the clear coat it just really looks sweet.
