  1. ^ Ah, the good ol' days. I've seen a couple of Tom's pics. Legit, 100%.
  2. I think Sean has.
  3. I had the same feeling initially too but trust me, it is/was off base. Very good dude. He's humble, helpful and one hell of a stick. Not just with swimbaits either. Don't forget the age old saying, "It ain't bragging if you back it up."
  4. ^ Ok, there would be my exception to "said no one ever." Awesome to see kids fishing. My hat is off to you sir.
  5. Typical Raystown trip.....full of suck. Few fish, nothing worth mentioning. I think 2.5lbs was big for us.
  6. Those are located down river just a bit. Drive at night until you see the glowing water.
  7. Castaic Lagoon, Cali That dude is on another level from the guys that are on another level.
  8. 7-9 This one definitely "looks" bigger but was 1oz less.
  9. You have to buy a license to fish? Who knew?
  10. I love catching a bunch of little fish.....said no one ever. Give me big fish.

^ This was my interpretation as well. Mine is a TCP 380. $200 guns can get beat up all they want riding around in the truck.
  12. I'm still eradicating the species, one little pest at a time.

Ok, I get the shotgun for hunting. Is the AR for that as well? Maybe the term "truck gun" is lost in translation for me. Around me, a truck gun is solely for personal defense. That's why I questioned the validity of the AR.

I guess like the chewing tobacco thread, it's a "southern thang" and I wouldn't understand. An AR for a truck gun? What on earth are you intending on getting yourself into?
  15. From day one learning how to ride a bike, I was told "the minute you think you are in control of everything, you will get proven wrong."
  16. You're crazy. LOL Your location puts you in the state with arguably the best fishery in the country, KY/Barkley Lakes. I'd be pulling for that one if it were that close.
  17. I didnt see that last part about the bluegill. Of course I have. Those soft bluegills pull most of their duty on beds. If I'm swimming them, it's a Hardgill.
  18. Atta boy. Now we're getting somewhere.
  19. Look, I know you can catch fish. I've seen your leatherbound book, so I know there is at least a chance of you taking a picture and not melting. IIRC, we shared a boat on a pretty tough day on Guntersville. That didnt turn out too well for either of us. Missing trolling motor prop ring a bell?
  20. Been a ton of guys fishing around the Statue of Liberty north of Harrisburg. Absolutely NO CLUE how they get there but I'm betting they are on fish. Looks like a boat staged up behind each boulder out there. Good luck, you might just catch the fish of a lifetime out there this time of year.
  21. Been in a funk lately, I'd gladly take a day like that Bobby.
  22. I'd go for that if it had a Megastrike tube hanging from its beak. I see "monster," I want a picture.
  23. So.....no pics?
