  1. Have fun fishing your poppers underwater.
  2. After seeing it recommended, now I am curious. How many use fluoro for topwater? I'm not talking about the times when you only have one rod and you have to make do. How many of you spool up fluoro on a rod that you have designated as your topwater rod?
  3. Because I recommended fluoro, that means im not doing it right? ;D Funniest thing i've read all day. Yeah. What is funny about you being wrong? When I see Zell Rowland on TV saying that "BR's favorite son" recommended fluoro and it has improved his topwater fishing, then you won't be wrong. Until then, you're wrong.
  4. I can get a good look at a steak by sticking my head up a bull's arse, but I would rather take the butcher's word for it. You are the only person recommending fluoro. That doesn't make you "different," it means your not doing it right. :-X
  5. Are you serious? Fluoro for topwater? : MAYBE a buzzbait, but nothing that will sit still for more than a split second. It sinks and it will pull the bait under. Im pretty sure all line sinks. Yes it goes down faster, but It doesn't make a difference in almost every top-water lure I do/have used. You have never deadsticked (is that a word, deadstuck maybe?) a swimbait then. You're also then fishing your poppers and what not too fast. Fluro is the wrong tool for the job, unless you are the innovator of the sub-surface topwater. Kinda defeats the purpose.
  6. RCI XRAIL will do the same thing with quite a few existing model shotguns. Pretty sick looking, both of them.

  8. I have yet to get up the stones to try the blazin' sauce. I watched a buddy of mine sweat out about a liter of water eating them. I like hot, but I like my taste buds better. ;D
  9. Shut yo trap!! ;D I agree with the "not alot for your money" but that Mango Habanero sauce is the shat!!!
  10. Wife did too last year. According to her, best money we ever spent.

Put it out where I could man. Good luck
  12. Do you know anything about tailgating or tablegating? There is a clear difference between goign to a bar and watching a game and staying home to watch the game. There is a clear difference between watching the game at home and making it an event. You don't even know which game to do this for. Because of that, if you stay at home to watch you should make it a Wild Card party and your dad can have his buddies come over and watch the games as football fans. Aside from that, if the two of you can't figure out what to do at this point, why bother doing anything. You need to have passion for the game and the process of pre-game. Stay home. He can get some beer and you can get some root beer and sit back and eat chips and salsa. Yep. Or, go to the game to tailgate. Steak, eggs and beer for breakfast. Mooch off the neighbors for the rest of the day. Simple.
  13. I'm down. Jay, they don't have trout there. ;D
  14. Looks like I can get bi-focals in limited availability as far as material and tints.
  15. Not sure. I'll check and get back to you Steezy.
  16. Still available to utilize this. Let me know...
  17. Yep, my jig rod has been a c-rig rod on more than one occasion.
  18. I wish they still made one in all black. I have a pack and a half left and I conserve them. Actually, I wish ALL bait makers made straight black baits...
  19. Actually, I do, too. I would love to see a Superbowl rematch from the 2005 season. You and me both buddy.
  20. I hope they make it to the Super Bowl.
  21. Take 65 pound braid and run it through a medium to big sized treble hook. Then tie thee braid directly to the line tie and hook the treble next to the top fin on either side. (usually when a fish eats these baits, they take it head first) The reason you don't want to use a bottom hook on your HUDD is because if you happen to hook into a big un witch isn't unlikely then the hook on the bottom with go directly into the fishes gills. If you are a tournament fisherman like me and probably Matt and Randall also then we don't want the chance of a huge fish dieing. Asking a question about which Hudd to throw and then answering how to rig them in your own thread stinks like a copy and paste hero. :-X
  22. nice! that said there is as much luck in that shot as there is skill, especially if that is a .223 in your hands. It was a very lucky shot lol, and hit it my first shot. I lucked out by having it in my sights right when I pulled up to shoot. I couldn't believe that .223 round was able to reach out and touch that coyote without to much of a lead on it. Good lord I wish we could hunt with ARs in PA. At least for predator hunting.
  23. Hey man!! Glad to see you signed up. Welcome.
  24. Yep. If you don't want it, I'll buy it.
