Superglue bait keeper
What kind of super glue do you all use when fishing a Ned rig, swim baits, or jigs. How long do you let the glue set before using it. I've been using loc tite gel for all 3 and am wondering if there is a better option out there. I went through a bag of plastics the other day skipping jigs with no fish involved. I'm not very good at skipping so the beaver kept tearing off. I was in open water so I know no weeds or any structure were to blame.

Casting Rod for skipping jigs
I'm not real familiar with what to look for in a rod for skipping jigs. I know I'm going to pair it with a tatula sv lined with 17-20# cxx and I know I want a 6'6" most jigs will be 3/8 with occasional 1/4&1/2 oz thrown in. The trailer will depend on the day. Mostly want this rod for skipping docks with maybe an occasional laydown. Most the lakes i fish are highly developed so not alot of trees in the water. So there's the details now here's the question mh or heavy. Mod fast or fast or extra fast

Which Reel
Gear ratios aren't everything u need to pay more attention to ipt of the reel bigger spools and wider spools = more ipt think of it like only filling ur spool with day 30 feet versus filling it with line try casting it . It don't work well it does but not right now when ur reeling it's in reverse of that

XF rod for weightless
I don't get it why no line twist... line is line no matter the diameter it all twists. Not to beat a dead horse but that line is over kill u may not notice it but u are not casting to ur full potential with heavy line like that for light baits lighter line would cast farther. Not a big deal fishing chocolate milk but on clear lakes could be costing u fish and u would never notice the issue. I don't mean because of the fish seeing line I'm talk in about you having to be closer to the target.

flipping reel lews or helios tcs?? help me guys
Contact lews supposedly they are coming out with a flipping specific reel this year... for $139 msrp it's gonna be hard to beat a tournament mb in there 8 gear I run this on my frog rod...i run a quantum accurist on my flipping rod I like the flipping switch option. And im not planning on casting the reel and just flipping I don't run any brakes so I didn't see the point in spending a whole lot on it.

To all the daiwa sv guys out there
It's awesome u guys mentioned small poppers and jerks as this was my intention for the reel...since I've only been able to handle the 103 ildlike to get a few things straight u guys are saying the 105 is smaller then a 103 but the 103 had more after market Parts. I'll be purchasing the reel at my local shop since I like to support the small business so at 279 msrp what about the zillion for 20 more what size is it more along the 103 or 105 or is it its own demon in size. I'll be honest right now I don't see myself tuning the reel so aftermarket parts availability aren't a big deal...ill probably spool the reel with either 12-14 cxx so I can get the reel for skipping docks and lay downs as well after switching rods of course

To all the daiwa sv guys out there
I've been kick in around picking up a daiwa with a sv spool so here is the big question what would one gain in going up series of reels. I've looked at tatula sv, sv103/105, and the zillion sv. What would i gain by purchasing the ladder over the tatula sv
