  1. Good bait. I’ve caught some fish on em. The magnet falls out pretty easily. Pretty weedless tho. I’d rather fish other weedless baits. The new Real Prey weedless is awesome. I used to love the weedless hudd. But the Real Prey took their spot. The weedless hudd has caught me a ton of fish, but also cost me a ton of fish. The Real Prey has a better hook up ratio.
  2. I love catchin all species big or small. My goal in life is to catch as many species as possible I’ve caught a total of 91 species
  3. Great day fishing in RI. Caught my first chub mack. Big schools moving around. Caught 4 lost 1. Caught a new PB scup while looking for triggers and puffer fish. Tons of big scup. On our way back home we checked a salt marsh pond. Lot of different minnows. Mullet, rainwater killifish, mummichogs, sheepshead minnows, and striped killifish. But there’s one that we can’t figure out. It’s the one in the first picture. also caught a 4 spine stickleback on Friday
  4. Dbomb, what can’t you do with it. Flip it, t rig, jig trailer, chatterbait trailer, You name it, you can do it
  5. Well up here in Massachusetts my water doesn’t get crazy hot. If I’m fishin shallow water. I’m fishing a whopper plopper, big wakebait or a chatterbait fished like a jig. I’ve caught some large mid summer fish on a chatterbait. If I’m fishing a deeper pond. I’m fishing a jig, a soft swimbait, a tube and texas rig along the drop offs. But these pertain to my fisbing habits and my favorite bodies of water I routinely fish. I also do a lot of night fishin from March-November . Big wake baits after dark in the shallow ponds.
  6. I’ve done well on t rigs down deep, tubes, jigs, chatterbaits, soft swimbaits
  7. How deep are you talking about. Structure , water color. If it’s a shallow weedy pond no more then 10 feet bass will be anywhere. Deep and shallow. But if the ponds 20, 30, 50 then that’s a different ball game
  8. I’ve used them on my wake baits
  9. Strike king rage line up and strike king coffee tubes. Also reallly loved the luck e strike ribbon tail worms! They smelled like candy
  10. @Dunks N Dinks awesome fish. I want a tuna so badly. My number 1 dream fish. I fished the rips twice this year. I zeroed each time for stripers. The striper fishing has been the worst I’ve ever seen in my 27 years of fishin
  11. It was all orange. No other colors. The guy made it, sent it to me, started fishing it and they loved it. One of a kind.

I only use tubes in the sandy or rocky clear ponds for smallies and largemouth. When and where I fish tubes is very particular.
  13. One of my best lures was an 8 inch orange spook. Caucht some nice stripers pike and bass
  14. September-November are great. There’s a ton of other fish I target in the fall. Stripers, pike, salmon, steelhed, brown trout, lakers and albies. I’ve seen some blitzes from smallies in the fall in 20 feet of water. You can get one some great fishing. As it gets colder out. I go slower. Some places are better then others for cold water fishin. But I’ve had great nights of topwater fishing in mid late November with ice on my rods.
  15. I’ve patterned the big fish in a few of my spots. I’m still learning how they want the lure presented. It happens once a year. Could be a week could be a few days. Who knows. But it’s my best chance to stick a PB. I lost a PB in April. I was 3 for 5 of bass over 5 lbs. They wanted one lure presented a certain way. I sat hours on the spot. I got 2 back to backs 5s. A 5 even and 6.5 on 2 casts. The next day I got a 5.5 within the first 10 casts. The day after I sat for 2 hours and missed my chance at a giant. Spit the hook on the 2nd jump.
  16. I got some of the other trailers. Like the tadpole
  17. I’ve made this. Haven’t tried for bass yet. I use it for salt
  18. Yea that 7 lber is the cut off. 8 plus is just hard man. They are out there. I’ve seen them, I’ve hooked them.
  19. Yea that’s why I love fishing around here for bass. Such a variety of spots. We don’t have giants like down south or out on the west coast but we got some d**n good fish tho. 20lbs plus bags for tournies are very common. We do get some large fish around here. 5s and 6s are pretty Common
  20. Come on up. Get some saltwater fishin done, some great smallie and largemouth to. Wide variety of water. From deep sandy clean water, clean weedy ponds and stained swamp water. You name the style of fishery you like and we got it. Stump ponds, rocks. Deep grass, Yea it was slow out there on SW corner. We saw a boat get a thresher. Monday was great to be out. I was sitting on my back porch watching boats come in with giant tuna. Saw at least 6 boats that caught. My buddy went out yesterday they got a 90 Inch fish. the hunt for my first tuna continues
  21. Yep. One of the few boats to hook up in the fleet
  22. Went out tuna wishin on Saturday. Got to the spot at 430 am. Fished from 430-1pm. We finally hooked up at 1230. It quickly spit the hook. The hunt for my dream fish continues
  23. Strike king sexy dawg. Fishin magician skid stick
  24. Thanks buddy. Weedless swimbaits in the weeds. You find one that sinks slower you can basically fish it like a frog. Pitch it to cover and real out. You have a few options. I love fishing soft baits like a jig down deep. I have gone like 3 times since April. This is my 4th bass over 5lbs. This year
