when i do trips to the Q i always sleep in my car the night before. unfortunately its usauly on saturday and i only get 2 hours of sleep due to work. call me crazy but i love it!!!!! cant wait to it again this year! i forsure will be up at the chu opening day probablly the night before

we were in a 14 foot boat

went out in the wind yesterday! the motor died across the lake so we had to paddle back in the wind to the launch so i could run home and grab another. fished all day only one HUGE pickerel. it was my PB pickerel i need one!!

yea its tough! im from MA, i dont have experince fishing rivers but lakes and ponds you can still get them! ive had luck with finesse jigs small jerkbaits and blade baits this time of year! GO SLOW!!!! i went out today and had some luck on a black blue finesse jig

struggled in the wind in the yak yesterday! gave up with no fish. drove around pond hoping. found a 2.5lbser in a small pond on jerkbait. went out today before work IN SHORTS!!! WOOOOOO. fished 2 ponds! 1st pond was a bust, nothing been like 10 years since ive been there. fished another pond i frequent. caught a small pickerel and 4 small bass on jigs! biggest was pushin 2lbs

i have tomorrow off so ill be out for sure!!! cant wait! checking out a new pond ive been dying to fish! locked up on saturday so hopefully i can fish it tomorrow! if not ill be back fishin for smallies at the spot i fished last sunday

got out yesterday! felt awesome fishing in a t shirt in february! found open water! caught a fat 3.5lbs smallie in 20 feet of water over a hump! only fish of the day! but it was awesome!

i was fishing big swimbaits mostly! only got out on sunday for a few hours. i had one whack on a swimbait! been skunked the last 3 times ive been out! AHHHHHH

i went out this past weekend. managed a small bass and big perch. had a few other hits lost some decent fish. went out thursday had a few hits but didnt get anything! ponds were open!

went out yesterday and caught the first 2 bass of the year. first fish of the year was a healthy 1.14lbs largemouh. had a few hits. caught another dink 1lbser. fished jigs and swimbaits. went to pond 2 at sundown caught 2 fat perch and lost a good bass! headed out this afternoon

found open water yesterday after work, had 2 hits but got the skunk. felt good getting out! ill be out all weekend in my yak
