  1. great baits! great guy as well! they are more durable then hudds! dont rip as easily! they have a medium sink rate and fast sink rate, top hook or bottom hook. the golden pond shiner and the perch style baits are my favorite ones!
  2. navionics is a blessing! theres some lakes dont have depth maps for my state! but on navionics has detailed maps for them
  3. i like the 90, ive had much better results on it then the 130. i only own 130 and a few colors of the 90. smallies love the 90
  4. plans ruined by the storms that never happened! we got a little rain in my area! but when theres a severe Tstorm warning you still dont go out! storm passed north of us! fished 2 hours at island creek in duxbury. caught one little 1.5lbser and lost another! tough bite! fished swimbaits and t rig plastics! weed were thick! so i flipped to shoreline cover! got one bass!
  5. some days they want the slow fall of a weightless rig. some days then want it crawled on bottom. if theres a lot of weeds on bottom i would go with a weightless rig. like fishing near pads a weightless rig is killer. if theres a sandy bottom then both can and will work. if they feed heavily on craw fish then a texas rig on bottom. but some days in the clear sandy ponds a slow falling weghtless rig will work better then a bottom crawling texas rig! let the bass tell you what they want
  6. oh gotcha! thank you! first time ive ever heard of the term!
  7. what is a borrow pit?
  8. sweet fish bro! congrats on the biggest of the year! hopefully theres bigger ones to come this year!
  9. well i caught my PB on a swimbait while i wasnt catching anything else but dinks on regular bass lures! but i did catch a 6lbs on a senko last year and 6.6 on a jig! so point is! swimbaits are usefull tool! if a tournie angler use swimbaits for kicker fish! i go out with both regular gear and swimbaits! some days they want they big baits, some days they want jigs or a t-rig. funny thing is tho! swimbaits resemble the forage the routinely feed on! like a 6 inch perch hudd? that looks like a perch they love. bullshad, roman made,ms slammer? they all look like the natural forage of their food. but a senko a drop shot? t rig? chatter bait? yea they may resemble a bait fish or a craw but they dont look all that much like their forage.
  10. nice dude! fish drop shot c rigs jigs tubes down deep topwater in the morning
  11. fish deep near structure. i went out last night got half dozen all 2lbsers! mix bag of smallies and largies

  16. i wouldnt do that to you! but how much you think i could get? i should start doing autographs at the mall! i will be there friday 10-1 ive been doing well with the 90. colors just depend on the conditions.
  17. @MassYak85 thanks buddy! i cant believe i caught that fish! fish of a life time and i highly doubt i will beat it! but i will keep trying!
  18. welcome fellow masshole! im from the south shore! ive got 23 years on these waters
  19. welcome! im from MA and ive been going to the white mountains of your great state since i could walk! i love it up there
  20. very nice walking action. weedless like a frog. i like em! i bought 2. my buddy has been killing it on em!
  21. get some TA clips! they are tactical angler clips! AWESOME!!!! not a snap they are a quick snap and i use these for salt water so they are very strong and very durable. i use the smaller one for slammers. they give it a better action! i used to tie direct and it makes a big difference when using a TA clip! the small ones fit better, the bigger ones have tougher time getting on the bait!
  22. yea TW will have it tomorrow
  23. swimbaits. expensive but if you fish nothin but swimbaits youll crank out big bass! problem is you can go fishless for a long time with them!
