Honestly, I think stopping soda made me gain! I always drank diet so I wasn’t getting sugar from it, but it cut down the night time cravings. I’ve gone back to having a pop with dinner, water doesn’t do it for me, and honestly being fat is probably going to kill me a lot quicker than a Diet Coke with supper? Getting off the nicotine was rough, but man I’m glad I’m free of it!

The fishing alone would be worth it!

You’re stacked A-Jay! I’m starting to get myself back in shape. My job used to be hanging drywall and framing commercial buildings. Needless to say it was great exercise. I was 6’1” and just slightly over 200 pounds, I was pretty solid. My job now is climbing in the truck and driving point to point. I did quit all nicotine, and I’ve cut way down on soda, so I packed on a little more. I haven’t done anything drastic, more fruit and vegetables, no candy, less servings. I’ve only been at it a couple weeks, but noticed my pants are a little looser

I don’t know if I should laugh or cry! It was almost 70 and stormy yesterday, now it’s in the low 30’s and spitting snow

I just run braid, I believe I’ve got 50# on right now. I personally use a palamor(sp?) knot, simple and effective.

The really confusing ones are the ones that look automatic, but they have a button on top This is why I just go outside!

Are they not on YouTube or some other similar platform? I’ve never had cable or satellite so the only way I get to watch these shows is on YouTube.
