  1. Only a closet full? :-? Some of us have looked into renting a storage unit. Allen
  2. No but I picked up 3 of them at a fishing show last month because they look good. Allen
  3. Yes, you will just need to practice with the paint and gun. My rattlecan paint jobs look better than the airbrush ones but I am working on it. Allen
  4. More than likely they are? They sell a plastic crank that is very similar to a Bandit 200 that works well. Stay away from the ones that you have to glue the two sides together they are a PITA. Allen
  5. X3 but for a mild stain opaque colored baits like Pearl ayu, chart. shad are what I use. Muddy water means black jig close to cover as possible. Allen
  6. For the price Lurecraft are hard to beat but aluminum is the best. Most of the molds I have are lurecraft but I do have some aluminum. If you are good with silicone, RTV, bondo you can make your own but I have yet to try. The molds JigMan posted look good and maybe you can convince him to make some for you? Allen
  7. http://www.barlowstackle.com/acb/showdetl.cfm?&DID=6&Product_ID=2020&CATID=57 This is the hook. I was able to glue the weedguards in but some of them came out. Since I glue my weedguards in after powderpainting there is less room for a guard. The mold had to be modified just to accept the larger hooks. You maybe able to just pour them with the weedguard in place? I pour outside and right now there is a couple inches of snow on my pouring table so I cannot try it out. Allen
  8. While I am not as technical as some of the previous posts for years I wore the $10 Wal-Mart glasses. I was always squinting and at the end of a long day of fishing my eyes hurt. A buddy of mine talked me into buying some Costa Del Mars at BPS that were about $100 and I can say that I will not be without good glasses again! I would rather leave all my electronics at home than my good glasses that is how important they are. Allen
  9. Daiichi death traps I would put these up against any treble made. Allen
  10. Shot with DiMAGE E500 at 2006-10-04 Here are the raw heads: Far left 4/0 Owner deep throat 3/16, next 4/0 Gama 594 (I think that is the model number?) Allen
  11. I have a couple 3/16oz jigs I made on a Gama 60 degree flippin hook with the fine cut silicone. They are buried somewhere in my basement because they didn't work for me too slow of a fall for my taste? This weekend I will try to find them and post some pics. Allen

I know Mudhole was selling some as closeout items but I do not remember that model? Shikari was bought out by ATC (I think that is their name?) and they have discountinued the blanks. Allen
  13. 100 size or the Gunnish 95 is all I use anymore. Allen
  14. Where can I get some of those perch colored minnow baits? Allen

What does that top one weigh? Most of the places I fish are not even that deep. Allen

Super Glue Gel and 5 minute Devcon epoxy works best for me. Allen
  17. http://www.lurehardware.com/ Try here Allen
  18. shawncollinscustoms.com is where I bought the first two and they are hand pour. I wanted more detail in the head so the next two I am getting from tight line which will be spincast molds. You can make your own molds out of bondo, plaster of paris, silicone, RTV, etc. Right now I am making crankbaits out of Aluminite Resin and microballoons in a silicone mold. Allen

  20. You really have to check out fishingskirts.com! He just posted about 20 new colors and was even nice enough to make a roadkill colored skirt tab for me. I just received one of every color he makes in the mail today and man are they nice. I am not on any pro staff or anything but just passing along some info that may help others. Allen
  21. Ball head with a 60 degree flat eye is the best all around jighead for me. Allen
  22. You will still do it because you like it trust me! I have at least 300 spinnerbaits but I keep making more. Now I am waiting on custom spinnerbait mold # 3 and 4 to arrive. Allen
  23. Add salt so it actually sinks without adding a lead weight. Allen
  24. Anything but Gulp!!!! Allen
  25. http://www.another site.com/tacklestore/showcase.cfm?PID=2568 This bait in the 0-1' diver has worked great for me in ponds and small lakes. Allen
