I fish for stripers all the time. Best baits are small swimbaits, like a 5 inch mission fish, hair raiser jig works great, in white, zara spook is good, injected lunker punker works well too. I use the 6" white one. If they are deeper try jigging a spoon as well. Good luck! Fun fish for sure!

The last time I went to Las Vegas was with some friends for a birthday party. We stayed at the Palms, in the Heffner Playboy suite. If you saw the movie hangover, the only thing we were missing was a tiger. However we did have a midget, so perhaps that makes up for it. ;D Needless to say, I don't miss Las Vegas all that much.

All Star rods were my favorite rods, back in the late 90's. I still have them. Their Titanium rods are a bit on the heavy side...

I've been a fishing fool as long as I can remember. Buying my first Ranger back in 2000, I really went nuts. Then, all of a sudden, I totally lost interest in 2003 and got heavy into cars. I'm a HUGE fan of the Cobra's. However $400+ for an original car is some serious dough. Shelby Automobiles is currently building cars for about $150k.

They sold this car. Lucky for me, they can build another just like it. I'm done with Italian exotics. Time for some good ol' US Muscle. May need to start this project sometime... By the way, I found the perfect wheels.
