  5. AMEX Platinum. Great card, perks, and rewards. Better than the Centurion actually. That card is only good for impressing people. you get all the useful help with the platinum without the $2,500 annual fee.

  14. Glenn, Enjoy the win. Looking forward to redemption next year! Go Niners!
  15. Shipping a rod is not cheap. Throw in insurance and it could easily cost you $40-$50 including the cost of buying the tube and caps.
  16. Pitfall by Activision. /thread.
  17. Make sure you speak to a tenant attorney.
  18. Yes, congratulations guys. Blow out!
  19. If the property has black mold, it will have to be taken care of prior to close of escrow. So regardless, it will come out of the owner's pocket, either in the form of a seller credit or whatever the repair ends up costing. No lender will close a purchase loan with that type of issue.
  20. Bad advise in this thread. It does not always depend on your lease. As a tenant you have specific legal rights. Talk to an attorney.
  21. From personal experience I can tell you that no boat is more comfortable than a big Ranger. My last boat was a brand new 2007 Z22 with a 300 Mercury Racing motor hanging off the back. Boat was as comfortable as it gets.
  22. I think you should be ok. You're going to rub, that's for sure, but if your truck is leveled you should be just fine. I'd have the place installing the tires measure just to be safe.
  23. Nice! Back when I was young and dumb I had a 3/4 ton with the huge lift and 37" tires with Weld Racing wheels. Those wheels were the best!
  24. I've never been a fan of Dodge trucks. Just can't get into how they look. I've tried. Can't do it.
  25. I agree with everything except the issues part? I've always have a Chevy truck as a 2nd vehicle, since the mid 90's. Some half ton, some 3/4 ton. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've never had one single mechanical or electrical issue with any of my vehicles. All have been bought new and all have been serviced as required. I do drive my trucks. Average 25,000 miles a year.
