  1. I don’t always eat pretzels on the boat, but when I do I drop a dozen onto the floor
  2. 3-4 days camping/floating several miles of a river would be awesome……… eat what we catch….. and bring rice and beans in the event of a skunking I did a fishing road trip in Michigan earlier this summer and that was great Could we try a “everybody fend for themselves “ model but still meet up at a body of water and fish together? I can camp in a tent while @Cbumpsleeps on the deck of his boat and @T-Billy just fishes all night instead of sleeping
  3. Zaldain got 28th with a flutter spoon
  4. You know how them fly guys are……..
  5. Zaldain got a top 10, seems like it might’ve even been third place, on st Lawrence with a chatterbait and hair jig very shallow last year. I think it was earlier in the year
  6. Seth fieder catches a bunch of largemouth on Champlain in the same marina every year, including this tournament. I think he got a 6 lb in there one year. there have been many techniques as well, topwater and jerkbait mixed in. It’s just that the top 10 are all doing mostly the same thing. Justin Atkins is using an underspin
  7. Walters just got a 4.5 lb SMB on a jerkbait then another big one next cast. I’m headed to a wedding, not jealous at all….. nope why would I be
  8. Nice fish @Mbirdsley! I was in Frankfort from July 24-august 1. Caught nice fish in platte river Crystal river and betsie river and a lot of rock bass in a rain shortened trip to big platte lake
  9. I could be completely wrong, seems like they missed a day on Santee Cooper last year
  10. i believe it’s the waves they worry about. Especially after a few years back when the guy drowned on okechobee. Also feider swamped a live camera spearing a wave yesterday, don’t think those are cheap
  11. You need some zoysia! I’ve never done anything except cut mine. Here’s how she looks today
  12. They usually just fish on Monday and still do 4
  13. I’ve got a cabin with a dock I could rent you cheap! It’s one heck of a hike from dock back to cabin tho
  14. Paddling may be easier than launching and recovering a bass boat for older folks . I can easily get people of any age into a kayak and let them paddle around, I do that at my weekend job and for my mom all the time. No way in the world some of the same folks could climb on a trailer tongue and launch or winch and latch a boat to a trailer. They would need waders/boots and maybe a dock to avoid the climbing. Keeping the boat at a marina dock would be much better
  15. Another bird feeder job
  16. I use knockoffs, too rich for my blood
