  1. Night fishing ice water in the most crowded place in America, you’ve got it bad
  2. I’ve seen many people order the kits and pit bull always shows up, I guess they get around!!
  3. When it gets close to 2 grand, I say you’re better off with a gas engine on a 16 ft aluminum boat. But that’s just me
  4. The old flashers and ice fishing vexilars are live sonar. You can set old 2D depth finders to live/flasher mode I’ve seen some fish get chipped in college. You know, use taxpayer money to put a $5000 thingamajig in a fish, so you can learn that they swim
  5. I’ve been to lake guntersville and NJ, your hypothesis is accepted and the null is rejected
  6. I fish at a dam I have to drive across at work all the time
  7. The only sonar I’ve got currently on my boats is on my biggest vessel and it’s mounted at the console. I’ve never much cared for looking at it while casting
  8. I’ve always been skeptical of those, couldn’t they just make it all up? We’ve sure got a weird mutt that would be interesting to know about. In my neighborhood mutts are referred to as “south Knoxville brown dog” and they are always available for free pickup haha
  9. Oven baked white bass with lemon pepper
  10. The wind was howling here today too, I did the whole gilligan thing in the whitecaps again. Wind was predicted at 10-11 mph, my buddy that works in helicopters was fishing with me and he said it had to be pushing 20 mph haha
  11. Thieves have always been abundant, punishment is becoming more scarce
  12. I could write a very long book about all the neighbors I’ve had over the years haha. mike, I say it’s all water off a ducks back what they think. It’s a shame they have to go cussing at your family. That stupidity could easily be fixed but it’s illegal and your hands would hurt afterwards . just keep on keepin’ on, people are crazy
  13. I watch a whole lot of bass live and I see them using a scale on just about every single fish they catch, even the 1-2 lbers. I even remember thinking today “I’ve watched them weigh fish longer than I’ve watched them catch fish”
  14. Thanks for the write up! Get some wool socks
  15. I got the impression he fished the after work til dark shift, love that time of day he also goes well after dark in summer
  16. 25 here at sunrise haha
  17. Been a fun tournament to watch, a lot of topwater bites and big bucket mouths. Cobb had 32 lbs 15 oz yesterday, Tyler rivet and bill lowen also had huge bags. Seemed there were a crazy amount of limits over 20 lbs on day 2 day 3 rivet has already caught a 3.5 lb or so, he’s pretty hilarious on camera
  18. My aunt had a Santa Fe that blew but I think they covered hers
  19. Scottsboro ain’t crowded………. Never been to the actual town of guntersville but I would imagine it’s also tiny. The largest crowd will be bass boats if you think Alabama is like NJ, you will be pleasantly surprised
  20. Big hook, on top should work just like a swimming senko buzzed on surface, but cost less and hold up better. Just a guess, haven’t gotten my hands on one
  21. Cobb with 32 and lowen with 29 , getting interesting
  22. My buddy’s wife sent me that, I think the creek is diverted thru a little mini aqueduct that you can see in the pic . I haven’t driven by there in a while, can’t remember
