  1. Hey I forgot, didn’t you fish watts bar? How’d it go?
  2. I don’t really pay close enough attention to know if other fishermen are struggling. If they tell me they are struggling, I really can’t help anyway unless they are after white bass
  3. I used to rent a condo back in the day that had a little pond behind it. At a certain time of year (I’m guessing this time of year judging by last night) the geese would honk all night long. I told my neighbor about it and he said it will go away soon enough, it’s seasonal. And it did, they go back to sleeping after dark eventually
  4. I saw a guy clean a boat that sat in the water everyday with a product called hull cleaner from wal mart. I scrubbed that stupid thing with all manner of solvents, the hull cleaner was the ticket. But this was fiberglass
  5. Geese were honking loudly from 2-4 am behind my house today, bout to earn some grill time if they don’t behave
  6. Yeah those are rough on it, as well as foot traffic. but it was $3 at DSG and has lasted a few months, almost worth the price of admission at this point haha
  7. To the front casting deck, somebody on here was always whining about my old tape measure……. Cough cough……. it’s a sticky tape but doesn’t stick too well
  8. Always better to replace pins than gear cases!
  9. You can swing this prop into the boat, can I get a hallelujah
  10. I take the canoe in such scenarios
  11. Bout like that in TN too
  12. I’ve been in the boat with my buddies that have forward sonar, it’s a lot harder than any video game I’ve ever played. Not for me haha
  13. Hahahah. People always wonder how they climb onto the roof, I say look for muddy paw prints . Of course then they say “I thought they washed their hands” ?‍♂️
  14. Climbing up the pole I see……..
  15. I’m always 12-15 miles from the boat ramp, but it’s physically impossible for me to be 12 miles from land unless I’m on vacation. Good luck “bow mounting” 12-15 miles against current and wind, get to shore and change prop.
  16. Nobody wants to do it but if yours is broken and you are 12 miles from your truck and trailer, hop out onto land and put the spare prop on. Sure beats swimming 12 miles. This really isn’t that mind boggling, just like a flat tire
  17. That’s only if I try without going to land haha. It really isn’t hard on mine, I take my prop off all the time to make sure there’s no line on it. It’s harder with bigger engines
  18. Oh my word hahahahaha
  19. Nice fishes. Our wind came up suddenly mid day as well, I was on a ladder and noticed immediately haha
  20. No grass anywhere near where I grew up fishing, and rattle trap was “THE” plug to throw. My grandpa had a two tray box completely full of bayou boogies, he always said that was his most productive lure, he probably never saw any grass in the water Unless it’s dead of winter, Throw them everywhere and reel it fast. Sprinkle in some yo yo
  21. If y’all haven’t seen snoop dog narrating the video of otters going after an alligator, you need to
  22. Yeah that little body of water would already be boiling if it was near my house, we don’t have many ponds and 99% of them are private for cows or golf courses
  23. Well I guess you do fish ponds also but on the same latitude as bob, We can have water temps in the 40s and 50s when it’s 100 degrees outside on some rivers. The water in downtown Knoxville won’t be up in the 60s until may or so either because it’s coming from the bottom of 200 foot deep lakes
